MODS! Hey, can we ban this guy? Since his "Vehicle Details" now disparage the forum I don't think we need him around any longer.

I have noticed now my seat isn't doing the exit.
Brought it to the dealer this week. They were able to make the seat "Re-learn" the programming. Whatever that means. It only took them 5 minutes. The memory seat and exit seat are now working properly. I'll see how long it works for this time. They mentioned that they had to do that for someone else 3 times, but it finally took after the 3rd time. This was the 2nd time for me, so hopefully that's it.

This isnt just a Uconnect 5 issue. My 18 Durango RT would do the same thing. Every once in a while, the exit function and memory function would stop working. All I had to do was to run the seat all the way forward and then all the way back 2-3 times and it would reset and remember again

Do you know what they did? I'm going to drop by my dealer tomorrow.

I could do it myself. I just had to run the seat forward then backwards as far as it would go, a couple of times, then you did have to reset your memory position, but it always worked on my 2018. Never took it to the dealer

The only issue I've had that wasn't resolved by a reset is that the main clock display doesn't adjust for DST when synced to GPS, and there's no way to manually adjust for that either. The NAV app is aware that DST is active, based on the ETA display, but that information doesn't seem to be communicated everywhere it needs to be.
Since I seem to be the only one who's had this issue, I guess I'm the only one who hasn't kept their Durango connected to the internet since day 1, because that seems to be the workaround until the software update can fix it. The most annoying part is that it was a "could've been an email" situation, instead of involving an overnight stay at a service department, depending on when this became a known issue.

We get it but this is the wrong forum to post your issue in. This is for the 10.1" screen which you do not have.
Please don't multi post across threads the same information and please stick to the proper forum.
2021 Durango w/ 10.1" screen is what I have, and I haven't posted anything across threads.
Before you accuse someone of something, make sure you know what you're talking about.

Here are the two types of the micro font based Song Alert notifications and it is random to which one you get. View attachment 115072 .

Please ignore the duct as the interior is a dust magnet.
Are you also have an issue with the number of songs you can add. My old 2014 let me add 50 songs now it will only let me add 20. I have looked every place and no one is complaining about it and called Dodge, Uconnect and Sirius. Sirius said it was my radio. But he had trouble understanding what I was talking about.

Yes I listed that as an issue. Minimum amount of favorite songs/artist can be saved.

Anyone else having issues with their cell phone getting hot while charging on the wireless charger to the point that it’s so hot the charger no longer charges it (red light flashing on the charging pad)? Or is it just me and my Galaxy S9 (that works fine on every other wireless charging pad I charge it on)?

Haven’t had that one, thankfully.

Great. Now if everyone else who hasn’t had this one could sound off, this thread would be 80 pages instead of 40, and it would make it that much more difficult for people in the future looking for reference on how to troubleshoot issues find the source material. We’re all happy you haven’t had that issue though. 👍🏻

man for real go outside and smell the fresh air. you clearly need it.

also the search function works regardless of how many pages a thread has.

Yes and I have a S9 as well. I contribute it to being a somewhat older phone and the processing power isn't there to wirelessly charge and run Android Auto at the same time, causing it to overheat.

Happens to my S9 too.

Guys/Gals/They, you have new 50k+ vehicle and you are using older phones. Batteries and internal charging systems are improved with every revision of a phone. My guess is your batteries are too old (via use) and are having issues with wireless charging. The Samsung S21 works perfect with the charging system in the Durango.
I bought the S21 just to match the technology of the Durango (J/K.. ;):ROFLMAO::LOL:)

Agreed. Mine charges fine if I'm not using Android Auto. It's just too much for the S9 to charge and run apps in the background, causing the phone to overheat.

Noboby! I mean NOBODY, talks $h!t about my S9! Them's fightin words. Its not old. Its experienced...

I just sayin’ this is a forum, not a chat room. “No I’ve never experienced that issue” really doesn’t help anyone or add to any ongoing conversation about troubleshooting what this thread is focused on.
