If you already have yellow and love them, you'll love them on D too. 6000k bulbs in fogs kind of blah. Yeah, they are white, but not really bright to stand out and I've gone through 6 different bulbs including regular halogen (crystal Philips), 35W HIDs and various 30W/45W LEDs. I am sticking with my 6000k 30W LEDs, they are fanless, balastless, brighter then HID and didn't cost much.

I like using Osram Fog Breakers, they are hard to get but I order them through jdmparts. Awesome lights! PIAA's are nice too, I have a set of 520 housings on one of my other cars.

different car but same bulb, H11. Osram Fog Breakers

I have also run PIAA, HOEN, and Nokya and I'll only use Fog Breakers now.

PIAA's are second-best IMO but it is a totally different type of yellow. That's more golden and this is pretty much straight up "selective yellow".

But this is a really good example of why I think they are great... this is my ST with just projectors on, no fogs

Well, I suck at taking night pictures. I gave the Nokya bulbs a try, but they aren't as yellow as the Luminics or Hellas I have used in my other car. They put out about the same amount of light, just not quite as "Yellow", kind of like a washed out yellow with some white in it. Hard to describe and harder for me to photograph. They are still nice bulbs and I plan on running them until one goes out, but I'll probably look for something different next time.

I have the Nokya Hyper Yellow halogen bulbs in my fogs. Was actually just using them today as it was really foggy here all day. They are great and honestly mine look brighter and more yellow than their pictures on amazon of those LED ones. Not to mention mine were $19

I'm surprised you guys didn't take my Osram advice. By far the best selective yellow I've ever seen.

Hella's are darn good too:

Amazon.com: Optilux H71071132 XY Series H11 12V/55W Xenon Yellow Halogen Bulb Set: Automotive

Those are what I use in my car. I had use Luminics in the past, but I believe they are out of production and very expensive if you can find them. Right now I have the Nokya in the Durango and it seems after some use they've yellowed up a little more and I'm pretty happy with them. Fairly comparable to the Hella's in my other car.
I was thinking about getting LEDs but I've run 3000K HIDs in the past too, Hella sounds good and it's 20% off now with an Amazon coupon thingy, I guess I'll try these lol.
