I got the FSM for my 2014, it’s on CD and viewable via a browser on my computer - it actually needs Internet Explorer, and when I needed it a couple of weeks ago, I needed to use MS Edge in IE mode. It’s been years since I got it, so I’m not sure what the source was. I can check and see if I can figure it out, but it might be a couple of days.

Same boat with 2020. Mopar has this on lock.

 

I believe they are out of stock because they've been discontinued by Stellantis in favour of subscription based manuals that are cloud-only. This means that (a) they can keep them up to date and more importantly: (b) they can control exactly who can and can't access them and extract the maximum amount of money from those that choose to access them.
This is really bad news for independent shops and DIYers like me.

I had a bad experience with a local dealer. I would say eBay is the way to go if you are okay with used manuals. Models like ALLDATA can get expensive long term, so I get why people want to avoid them. Best wishes.

 

New here, glad to find this thread. I grabbed a PDF of the 2008 Sky Redline service manual off eManualOnline last year when doing my timing chain and water pump, no issues, worked offline perfectly.
Stick with PDF downloads if you are working regularly, subs are fine short term, but kill you in the long run.
