Just a question but when you feel the vibration at cruise is a higher load being applied ? Or does it happen no matter what ?

What I would do when customer come in with rattles and I couldn't figure it out, I'd gather there stuff and put in a bag then test drive. I wanted to make sure it wasn't something in the car making the noise.
My wife left our ezpass in the pass door pocket and it was bouncing around driving me nuts.
Just a idea remove as much as you can to make sure it's the car and not the stuff inside.
I've seen some weird stuff like that be for.
