I doubt any packages went away in that none of the options we used to get will still be available. They have probably created new packages though, like 22S which is new. I still think it's just a chip shortage right now and they just can't install some options. Again, I would wait until all options are available unless you can still squeak in a '21.

also looks like the blacktop package comes with performance all season tires which is nice. hopefully they are worth a shit. I kind of wanted some terra grapplers or something but those might look a bit odd on an r/t. hard to say.

I've heard mixed reviews concerning the HK system, but I can only speak for the Alpine, which I think is good. Good enough for me anyways. As OurZoo stated, the Tow N Go package is definitely worth it. I am curious how well the OEM Pierlli Scorpion Zero tires do in the snow.
Was there an option for tires with the TnG? Or are the Pzeroes the only tire?

They will because all season tires are not snow rated. You must get snow tires for snow. All season really only refers to three seasons.

How are these tires in snow? I read they suck
Not sure yet, we just got our first dusting of snow last night and by the time I drove this morning it was already melted. I'm not expecting them to be that great considering the compound and overall tire width.

This is what we are planning on ordering, no tech package available and no dvd package available when going through the process. View attachment 118464
I notice this dealer sheet only shows MSRP? Is the dealer quoting you MSRP only?

If you want to go to Atlanta to pick up a Durango, you can call Mike Clinnin at Mall of Georgia CDJR. Mike will go 5% under Invoice (FWP) on orders if you tell him you're from the forums.

Atlanta might be a drive for you. But if your current dealer is only showing MSRP and not the FWP that goes with it, there is a lot of money you could save.

I didn't see the harmon kardon on there either and a couple of other thigns. I do know that the durango is coming standard with a bunch of that safety feature crap so I'm sure a few of the packages went way because of that too.
I know for the 2022 models there is now R/T Plus trim level and the R/T Plus includes the HK stereo.

Maybe you have to select the R/T Plus to get the option for the BluRay Entertainment system.

that's what I was thinking. It's all good. we didn't want the other crap that came with the plus. she got everything she wanted. Kids have iPads so not necessary. Crazy we got lucky on the color. They dropped a lot of color options for 2022.

good, I'm glad you got what you need and works for you.

we came to the same conclusion on the Entertainment system. we have 4 kids ages 16 down to 7. we always buy a Chrysler van and until this one we always got the overhead DVD system. when we went shopping for a Chrysler Pacifica last summer, we found a 2019 Limited that had everything we wanted except for the Entertainment system.

I ALMOST paid a local shop to install a high quality head rest system. but then I sat down and really thought it out. I decided the $20 monthly for the WiFi hot spot and ~ $130 each for 4 Samsung tablets with cases was a smarter way to go.

and that's worked out better for us. each kid can pop on headphones/ earbuds and nerd out to their particular favorite.

Looks like the DVD is still separate:

Don't worry about the P-Zeros. If you don't like them they wear so quickly you will be trying something else after 15-18K miles.

is the 2nd row console option really $1,295 for 2022?

this is $595 for 2021.

Wow! Disney must own Dodge now. I thought that console was $300 in prior years.
