Received this today via email from Billettech. The only products that are considered custom, are something new that they would need to draw for you and apply. Anything on their website that you can specify via drop-downs is eligible for the sale. Time to stock up!

The 2014 Billet Technology Count Down Sale is Coming! November 25, 2014
Greetings BT Nation its that time of year. Halloween is over and the turkey is in the oven for your Thanksgiving Fest. Its the holiday season!

As we wind down the year that has been 2014 (and what it year it has been) it is our time to say a BIG thank you to all of our friends and customers who have been so generous to us this year, and in fact each and every year since the BT Brand was born in 2006. What is that thank you, you ask? Thats right! Its time for the 7th annual Billet Technology Countdown Sale!

This count down tradition started in 2007 as our way of giving back to all of our great customers for the kindness and support shown to the BT Team throughout the entire year.

This year's Count Down will take place Tuesday, November 25, 2014 starting at 1:00 PM, EST.

If you have been here with us since the inception of the count down sale you are probably familiar with the drill. If you are new to this holiday season tradition pull up a chair, relax and read on.

When Is The Count Down Sale?

The count down sale will take place on November 25, 2014 the discount coupon codes and times for each percentage off are located below:

From 1:00 PM through 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time enter coupon code CD2014-40 to receive 40% off your entire order.
From 2:01 PM, through 3:01 PM, Eastern Standard Time enter coupon code CD2014-30 to receive 30% off your entire order.
From 3:02 PM through 4:02 PM, Eastern Standard Time enter coupon code CD2014-25 to receive 25% off your entire order.

This offer is not retroactive and cannot be used with any other coupon codes or club discounts.

No early ordering will be allowed.

There will be no exceptions.

This offer is valid for all BT products excluding custom orders, unistrut covers, clear bottom catch cans and valve covers. Those item are priced at group buy prices and marked down.
Custom Ordering During the Countdown Sale

If you wish to place an order that requires custom work or custom engraving options please send us your requests now to nick@billlettechnology.com so he can provide you with a quote prior to placing your order.

We will add the custom charge on to your order after you complete your transaction please be sure to email us with your order numer and name if you place your order online during the sale.

Be sure to also let us know in the order comments when checking out that that your order is a custom order and give us your email adddress where we communicated with you regarding the custom so we can pull that from our file and marry to your order.

General Information About Ordering During The Count Down Sale

If you are planning on participating during this years sale we have some helpful tips to speed up your checkout experience:
Login to your account and shop for your items. You can log into your account on the top header of the Billet Technology website and click 'Login'. If you are new to the BT site you can create an account by clicking 'Account'
Create a wish list to be converted over to a shopping cart the day of the sale. Making a wish list has been the prefered way for many customers in years past as its easy to convert over to an order.
Log back on the day of the sale and click view my wish list in your My Account details page. Add any items in your wish list to a shopping cart by clicking the add to cart button.
Once your cart is complete proceed to the check out page to complete your order.
If you plan on placing your count down order over the phone we will be fully staffed and ready to assist.

However, please keep in mind that due to the volume we do in those three hours you may be directed to voice mail or get an 'all circuits are busy' message.

If you receive either message then it simply means all of our phone lines are tied up. In the past we have been accused of 'dodging' calls to stop you from placing an order. This is not the case.

Keep trying back or send an email to us and that information on what to do if this happens is listed below.

Team BT encourages you to use the website. Its safe, secure and we also use that very same site to place your phone orders. If you do prefer ordering by phone understand we can only handle a certain amount of calls at once and will get back to you within a couple days after the sale.

Please help us by doing the following:
If your call goes directly to voice mail please leave us your full name and contact phone number so that we can call you back.
Please speak clearly so we can fully hear you.
All of our voice mail messages are date and time stamped so you can be assured you will receive the proper discount that correlates with the appropriate discount offer.
Please allow us up to 3 business days after the sale to be in touch with you. We do return calls in order of receipt.
If you receive the all circuits are busy message we simply ask that you send an email to support@billettechnology.com.
In that email please give us your full name and a good contact number to call you at. All of our emails are date and time stamped as well so you will receive the discount that is available during that hour that the email is sent. Please allow us up to 3 business days after the sale to contact you to help you complete your order. The Team will be off from November 26th to November 30th with call backs beginning on December 1st.

Please keep in mind that the first few minutes of the countdown sale the website may be slow. Its that way for us too. Traffic will start to 'plane out' within 10-15 minutes so if you have trouble when you first try to place your online order just come back to the site in a few minutes. There is a reason we give you an hour to complete your transactions and this is that reason.

If for any reason you cannot get through on the website or phone PLEASE EMAIL US immediately. Once again all emails are date and time stamped and we will assist you with completing your order.

The Billet Tech staff will not accept any emails sent hours later or days later that you could not get through. We must have a date stamped email from you stating the issues within the countdown sale time frames. No Exceptions.

We are well prepared this year for the sale and have lots of our more popular items on the shelf in stock ready to be engraved and shipped.
The Countdown Sale our bond with you:

The countdown sale is a true labor of love for us and our gift to our loyal and faithful customers. Please respect the spirit of the sale and the fun that we like to put into it for you and with you.

Each and every year ownership and staff struggle with the one single question 'should we offer the sale again this year?' For the majority of our friends and customers, especially those that have visited the facility, they get it and understand that it is a labor of love for the team and its always a resounding yes lets move forward with the count down again this year. It's a thank you and a nod of appreciation to everyone for your support. Simply put we can't be here doing what we do without you.

Over the years however, as the countdown went from literally 28 orders in 2007 to thousands of orders last year, and as some items ran out of stock, we simply could not put some of those items on to run until many months later because the run quantities were so low (we do have to have a 'lot' minimum that we must meet to begin even the smallest production runs). In those rare circumstances when that did happen (and it does every year) The BT staff took some abuse by a small minority of the folks who participated. Please understand we are on your side. Its not personal for us we want you to have your parts as quickly as possible and most importantly be proud of what you receive. The last thing any of us here at Team BT wants is for you to have a bitter taste in your mouth when you open up your box of items.

With that said please understand we simply cannot tolerate language or bodily threats if we move out past what you may consider a reasonable time. We are here to answer your questions both both and after the sale including updating you with orders status information. Sometimes those updates may not be what some will want to hear and sometimes the days me slip as we become more reliant on outside services towards the end of the process. Please don't abuse our staff for that. If you feel this may be a problem or you have a set time limit you need your parts by then then the count down sale probably won't be for you even at 40%, 30% or 25% off.

Frequently asked Questions prior to and post count down:

Will my count down order get to me in time for Christmas or the holiday season:
Due to the volume received during the countdown event we can not promise a Holiday or Christmas Delivery.
Please know that we will do all we can to accommodate anyone that is needing a holiday delivery. We simply ask that you put in your order comments that you are hoping to have a Christmas delivery.
Please be mindful also that the standard 20 business day lead-time is going to move out. As part of your invoice copy we do provide you a link to our lead-times and you can also view that information right here prior to placing an order Order Lead Times | Billet Technology. In other words the 20 business day lead-time is 'out the door' during the holiday season.

Will you keep me informed about my order status after I place my count down order?
Absolutely we will keep you informed as your order progresses through the manufacturing process. As some of you guys and gals are already aware we send you order status emails from orderstatus@billettechnology.com.

Please be mindful that the order status email's you receive will only serve as an informational stop as to where your order stands in our manufacturing process. As part of the auto-reply we will provide you with a phone number to call us if you have further questions concerning your order status.

You can count on receiving order status updates at least every two weeks in your inbox. Things may move out a bit longer in between statues simply due to the extreme volume that we have this time of year and especially the day of the count down sale.

Be mindful that The Billet Technology facility will be closed Wednesday, November 26th thru Sunday, November 30th for Thanksgiving. All orders from the countdown sale will start to be processed the week of December 1st.

As we also approach the week's of December 22nd and December 29th status updates may be limited especially as it relates to outside processes such as anodize, powder coat or polish. Many of our valued suppliers shut down the last two weeks of the year to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Your BT Team will be working however, we will have a very limited schedule both Christmas and New Years week. Of course we will keep you posted on the Billet Technology Website in our Manufacturing Updates Section and via newsletter regarding our days and hours of operations those two weeks.

Finally in closing once again, we cannot stress enough that your orders have a very good chance of going out past the 20 business day lead-time. We will be working very hard to get your orders processed and finished as quickly as possible. We ask you for your patience in so doing.


Did you charge me when I placed my count down order?

No we did not charge you when you placed your order we only preauthorized your credit card. Your order may be subject to a 30% deposit charge prior to us processing and then shipping your order. This information will be on your invoice copy on the order notes and it also located on the BT website.

If you paid with Paypal your payment will be instant. Years ago Team BT did the honor system with Paypal but unfortuantley we had to stop doing that after too many folks did not pay for their orders (many being customs). Plesae be aware of the extended lead-times if you are paying with paypal. Call us before initiating a dispute. If you dispute your charge before attempting to reach out to us we will automatically refund your dollars and cancel the order. The Team here is not out to take your cash and then not delivery your products. Please reach out via phone or email and we can assist you. Uncomfortable paying by Paypal you can always use a major credit card on our website it is safe and secure.

I'm waiting to hear back from them if anodized anything is considered a "custom" order, as they wouldn't be eligible, but they do say that they would be discounted to group-buy prices

True, but you get what you pay for. A UPR catch can will cost you less ($20-40 less based on options), but various Dodge forums have a lot of bad reviews on their quality.

Colors are included in sale they are talking about custom etching engraving is done at extra cost

This is the time to buy. I bought last year at this time. Otherwise, I can't afford it either. I'm real bummed that it excludes the new clear cans. :(

Order a regular one and then buy your clear can seperately (you will still save $$$)
I went to their and the Durango parts only went up to 2013......Do they have anything for the 2014s????

I'm finally going to get my catch can. Other than color and fitting type, do I need to request a special mount, screws or fitting angles, or is the 5.7l catch can listed good to go for our '14 DD?

Got my catch can... great deal! Made up for the $20 shipping. So can you guys confirm the 5.7l DD kit includes everything I need... Bracket, screws, can and fittings in the correct direction? Or do I need to specify the fitting rotation? I thought I read a post where someone had the wrong screws and fitting direction...

I had a difficult time getting the hoses to work on the '14 with the fittings pointed down as I couldn't clear the lower brackets in front of the fuse box. It's a different setup than pre- '14. I had them point the fittings towards the firewall That said, I think some have been able to snake it under. I was just worried about oil collecting in the bottom bend of the hose...

In terms of what is included, you have everything you need. You just need to take the clips off of the bracket that you will end up mounting the catch can bracket to, as the screws won't fit otherwise.

These are the black clips that you need to take off: disregard the screw in there - I bought those initially b/c i didn't realize you could pop the clips off.

Thanks Kevin, a picture is worth a thousand words. I'll shoot them a message and see if they can angle the fittings AFT. Hopefully I'll run into you one day around town.
