They fit good the X act fits cover a bit more
STEVE
I was going to go with the X-act Contour at first because they come up higher on the door sills, but they didn't have the matching cargo liner. I kinda needed the mats three weeks ago so I couldn't wait for an X-act Contour cargo mat to reach the market. I'm glad the mats came in yesterday, we got freezing rain yesterday evening and it's a frickin' mess. I will say that Husky hit the nail on the head when they didn't put actual holes in the mats (just the raised pockets) for the holding hooks in the floorboards. Dragging in ice and snow means it melting into puddles and who wants that mess soaking into the floorboards of their brand new vehicle?

Great thread. Who would've figured it would be this complicated? I just ordered a 2014 Limited and will be waiting a long 6-8 weeks!

I own Weathertech in another vehicle and like them, but don't love 'em. They could use more bulk (i.e. a "mat-like" rubber feel would be better). Everything I read on this thread (FSTDANGO3) and online makes it sound like the Husky X-act Contours are the "new" rubber-like liners out there. And they cover well. I am pretty sure I'll get these. Unfortunately they are only sold for the 1st & 2nd rows. I would go w/ Mopars all-around, but they don't actually cover the carpet in the areas where all the mud and muck will land. But for the cargo liner, I like the Mopar cargo liner by far the best and have no issue "mixing" them. So my problem is the 3rd row. We're getting Captain's chairs w/ mini floor console. Looks like the only options are cutting a Husky Weatherbeater (60/40 bench) or Weathertech (60/40 bench) to fit.

Has anyone looked at cutting the 3rd row Mopar mat to fit? Eeek. Obviously it wouldn't hold liquid too well, but curious if it would at least fit. Since our third row won't be used as much, maybe just two smaller rubber floor mats would work too.

Bought the mopar 1st/2nd/cargo and thinking about ordering a second mopar cargo mat and cutting it to fit the 3rd row. From the pictures it looks like it will be about an inch short in width (half inch a side).

Course I can't assess it physically until my R/T is delivered and its been stuck in final inspection for two weeks (ugggh). Will keep you posted though.

After reading everybody's posts, I decided to go with the Husky wetherbeaters. Just installed them (driver, passenger, and 2nd row) this morning. I ordered them from Amazon and they arrived in the factory box. When I took them out, they seemed kind of plasticky and I did not think they would fit snug in the durango. I was wrong. They fit perfectly!!!. My girlfriend gave me a hard time spending money on "floor mats" when we already have the ones from the dealer. I tried explaining the difference between "mats" and "liners". She found out by herself when she spilled her Diet Dr. Pepper 30 minutes after I installed the liners. Thanks again for all the information and opinions on Husky vs Weathertech.

Glad to hear it. I have those same liners and my Durango on order so as soon as the D arrives I will be able to pop those bad boys in there. Thanks for updating on your satisfaction.

Gotta get the Husky 3rd row weatherbeater I was hoping they were gonna make an exact fit for it eventually

I was torn between weather tech and slush but I ended up going mopar slush just couldn't justify the extra cash for the weathertechs and actually for the money the mopars do a good job covering with rubber on the driver foot rest. The second row doesn't cover the hump as they are two separate mats but for the money saved I'll get over it...wait, I am already over it.;) I'm not going to post pics of the mopars as ppl have already posted pics of the them. There is a company I found that makes third row with bucket mat someone mentioned them earlier in this thread. They are called Lloyd mats and they have the north ridge which is their higher quality rubber mats. I got the third row and full cargo with third row down. The cover isn't as full as weather tech or husky would be but they were fairly inexpensive and cover as good as the mopars and for my needs as third row won't be used often they work for me. See pics...

How easily would the cargo mat roll up, if you wanted to use the third row?

Here's the rubbertite in a Pilot:

My Husky Weatherbeaters. I am honestly not 100% thrilled with them, particularly the cargo liner which doesn't stay in place very well so I have to keep pushing it back in or the hatch won't close. I am hoping some of the other minor fitment issues get resolved after a hot day or two. The second row fits very well with the captains chairs and center console.

I can't say that there is something better as this is my only set I have tried and I am not so unhappy that I will return them, but just wish they fit a little better. My Challenger has Weathertechs and they fit perfectly, so I was expecting the same sort of exact fit.

From the pictures, it looks like your front ones may not be fitting as well as they could; look at the back edge of your passenger one and mine (mine is right up against that black plastic part where the seat rail mounts). They are a very snug fit, they had to be pushed down pretty hard to fit correctly and stay in place.

As for the cargo liner, like you said, you may need to wait for a hot day. When mine came in, it was very cold (January) so I had to lay all of them out in a warm room to unroll/unfold over night to get the correct shape back. Another idea would be to use a hair dryer to warm up the the edge of the cargo liner and curl it up into shape with your hands.

Groovy, thanks for the tips. I will give it a shot!

The Intro-tech Automotive Hexomat doesn't seem to have a 3rd row mat for second row captains chairs, but it does look flat so it's probably easy to cut. It sort of matches the grill and the Mopar mats too...

The only manufacturer I've seen who has options for the 3rd row mat is Lloyd. Their lines offer 2nd row bench or 2nd row buckets when choosing a mat for the 3rd row.

I'd be more than happy to ship my 3rd row mat off to Husky if they need something to measure so they can make a Weatherbeater mat for the 3rd row; anything to keep liquids out of the carpet.

Update now that the R/T has arrived a couple weeks ago - after overlaying the factory third row carpet mat with the mopar slush cargo mat, I confirmed that custom cutting another mopar cargo mat for the third row with second row buckets won't work as the cargo mat is too narrow. Just ordered the Lloyds northridge for the third row at autoanything for 44.99 with free shipping.

Belinda and Steve, how are the two of you feeling about your Husky Liners now that some time has passed? I just picked up a new Citadel and love it. Now I need to protect it. I know winter is slowly ending (not fast enough for me in Northern Ohio). I have decided to go with the Husky liners. My dilemma now is to go with the Weatherbeaters or the X-Act Contour liners. With the amount of salt that is used on the roads here (especially this past winter) it's tough to keep the carpets from caking layers of white mountains on the floor. I hear the pros and cons of both.

Also Belinda, were you able to use the cargo net to assist you in being able to fold the 3rd row seats up and still keep the cargo liner in the vehicle? I too will only use the 3rd row seating on occasion and have them folded down the majority of the time.

Thanks,
Ed

I'm satisfied with the 1st/2nd row liners. Installed them in January, so they were tested several times with rounds of dirty melting snow/ice from our shoes. The liners are very thick, stay in place, and the raised lips around the edges contain both liquids and loose debris. Another plus I'll point out are the raised pockets for the hooks in the floor that are meant to hold the floormats in place; without actual cutouts for the hooks, there isn't a chance of melted snow leaking into the carpet.

They're also easy to clean: no need to even remove them, just vacuum up the loose debris and wipe down with a damp cloth (I've used a microfiber cloth and Meguiar's Interior Detailer). Because they are so stiff, I would think trying to remove them to shake off any debris would just result in making a mess all over your interior.

As for the cargo liner... I cannot make it fit with the 3rd row unfolded and still be functional, it just doesn't work for me. Also, if you're planning on keeping your 3rd row folded down most of the time check out this thread, that was my plan, too, until I discovered this problem.

My full set of Husky Weather-beater mats and mud guards have also worked great all winter, much better than the weather tech set i briefly tried.

I am able to keep the cargo liner in the car when the third row is up without a problem. I put the cargo mat in a U shape and use the cargo net to support one side and the back of the third row for the other side, I am still able to use the cargo area and mat to by placing items in the center of the U.

But does it still contain liquids like it's supposed to when folded like that? Or do the side lips on the fold crease and chance a spill onto the carpet? I'd like to purchase a regular all-weather cargo liner/tray just for when the seats are unfolded and swap out for whatever the situation calls for.
