Oh boy....just factory ordered one 3 weeks ago....pick up end of May and really hoping not to have any of these issues... was everyone's problems resolved? Will keep yall posted upon arrival.

I just recently purchased a 2021 rt with the tow & go package and I'm having some suspension clunking when going over bumps and turning.. Is anybody having the same issue??
April 15 2021 I purchased brand new 2021 Durango 392 SRT also with Tow & Go package. 23 miles at purchase. I’m having the same exact problem in both the front and rear suspension while going over wide speed bumps or road dips that enable greater suspension travel and compression. Purchase origin dealership “could not duplicate”, adjusted exhaust and claimed to have corrected the problem. 1500 miles in and problem still exists. Second dealership 2 people “unofficially” confirmed however the TECH could not. Therefore nothing done and was told to continue driving until it gets worse and can be bin pointed.. extremely frustrating!!!!! Suggestions will be appreciated

You mean an SRT with the trailer tow group option right? I don’t think the SRT version has the Tow & Go option as it includes all the Tow & Go options as standard. Tow & Go is an R/T version upgrade package.

I notice on my brand new 2021 rt with tow and go the car seems to feel loose when driving on parkway. when you hit a small bump going 60mph, car feels like its swaying or like you momentarily go in one direction.
My 2014 Durango citadel my ride feels so stable. I know the TnGo has SRT suspension. It feels stiffer, which is fine but the feeling I am explain inst.

What can it be?

Sounds like a bad alignment.

I think he means bad alignment.

Same problem on 2021 GT plus with T&G package 4000 miles. I took to dealer they found pinion rack problems so after 2 months they replaced and check all the front suspension... it improved but I still feeling like a noise and stiff drive compared with the durango limmited I had ... I don't know if is because the suspension is different or what... let me know if you fix yours...👍

FYI, the Tow N Go package is only available on the 2021/2022 R/T. You probably have the typical toe package.

I left out when I got it I found drivers side lower control arm loose.. Yes loose, I took it to the dealer and they found front sway bar end links loose and rear control arm loose also.. They told me they had to order a rear too shock mount because it was bad..I got it back and still making noise so I took rear shock out my self because I don't trust any dealers and shock mount was fine.. I also noticed something real interesting, rear shock only has 1.5" of travel when completely extended?? I have a 30 year Automotive back ground and work at a 4x4 wheel shop where we work with suspensions everyday and 1.5" shock travel is definitely not enough for this truck.. Thats why when I go over bumps it feels like its bottoming out
Did you ever get this issue resolved? I have a 21 DD R/T TnG and the ride is super rough. Feels like i'm bottoming out with every bump. Been this way for years and I'm not sure what to do about it. Considering having a custom suspension installed. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

It's probably your run flat tires if you still have them on.

Hmm. That's a new one that folks haven't complained about. Did it start with your lower performance tires?
