Does anyone know the source/part number for the steel rims used on the 2021 SSV/Pursuit models?

***
UPDATE 27OCT2021

Here are the part numbers with links to buy so you don't have to read through the entire thread:

The steel police rim p/n is: 6ZW73DX8AB
Image

The police center cap p/n is: 6ZQ88SZ0AA
Image

The TPMS (433 MHz - 2011? and up DD) I used is p/n: 68252495AC

Image

The TPMS nut p/n for above is: 56053033AB
Image

Dorman aftermarket lug nut (much cheaper than Mopar and retains hubcap the same way): 611-979
Image

Cooper Evolution Winter Tire in 265/60R18

Add all of that up and you'll get this (my 2018 DD R/T):

FCA Fleet services emailed me back and told me to call their 800 number. I just did that and you'd think I just asked them for a part number for the wheel on the new Mars rover. They directed me to speak to my local dealership. I am at my dealership and the parts guy was unable to find the steel wheel shown above.

I emailed a different dealership parts desk who deals in FCA law enforcement fleet sales. The rep there said that he is not yet aware of any 2021 Durango Pursuit sales and that the rim is new for the 2021 model. He said the number likely isn't in the system yet since it is so new, but to check back with my local dealer in a month or so.

I don't need steel rims until next fall, so I guess I'll just cool my jets for a while. I will post back here if/when I get a p/n for them.

Thanks! I am aware of that one. I believe it is the same rim they use for the full-size spare on the models with a hitch. That one will be my fallback if I can't get the cop rims. I have a neat idea that I'd like to try if I can get the cop rims. More to come on that later...

So the plot thickens. I checked today and see a new steel wheel part number listed for the 2021 Durango Pursuit, but it shows as discontinued. p/n 6ZW73DX8AB. A google search for this p/n gets only one hit on a data aggregation site. I will keep an eye out to see if this is actually the newly added wheel we are looking for and they are showing it as discontinued until it is actually available. It does not show up when I search wheels for 2020- Durango models. Hmmm...

Looks like they updated the image for the 18" police steel wheel. Progress!

So the police rim p/n is: 6ZW73DX8AB
And the police center cap p/n is: 6ZQ88SZ0AA

Once they become available I'll talk to the parts guy at my dealer to see which TPMS module is compatible with this rim and will update with that info here. I see two different ones listed (rubber valve stem and rigid steel valve stem).

These are an 18" steel rim, so I'm not sure if they would clear the brakes. Anybody know which brake calipers they are putting on the 2021 Pursuit models?

EDIT: The vehicle fitment for these rims indicates all Durango trims (including SRT and SRT Hellcat). Keep in mind that these will require much narrower tires than the stock SRT tires as they are either a 7.5 or 8" wide rim. The stock tire size for the 18" rim is a 265/60R18 (265/65R18 optional).

Good info to know. For winters I think a saw a few of the SRT running a 265/50/20 set up or something close to that. So hopefully these will work especially at a size 18 rime that would be some great savings on winter tires.

Just remember that it will throw your speedo off.

How do you figure? Don't all current models of the DD wear 30.5" diameter tires? The sizes noted above are all 30.5" diameter tires (with the exception of the optional 265/65R18 = 31.6" dia).

EDIT:
The stock tire sizes for the late-model DD are as follows:

265/60R18 = 30.5" dia
265/50R20 = 30.4" dia
295/45R20 = 30.5" dia

245/65R18 is also a 30.5" tire, but there are very few options in this size and no winter tires that I have found.

Yeah, you're right. I forgot that there is such a WIDE range of sidewall heights that it would be simple to mimic the tire diameter.

I'd be happy to figure out a steelie that will work on the front SRT (front brembos) so if I get a flat when I burn through my runflats, I won't need to swap spare to rear and then rear good to front for a front flat. Bonus points if it will fit the rear tire well!

Good news fellas! The police steel rims are now available. I logged into store.mopar.com this AM and saw they are no longer listed as discontinued. I called my local dealer parts desk and he said there are 74 of them available in a warehouse. He of course quoted me full MSRP of $187/ea. I see some 3rd party MOPAR parts sites have them listed for around $125/ea. I might pull the trigger later today...

Note that the police hubcaps are not yet available. I'll have to figure which of the two available TPMS sensors is compatible with these as well (one has rubber stem, one is metal).

oh no so crummy. Also i was just reading an article that says that tires might go up in $$$ or not to be had as rubber will soon very limited in supply. So i don't know if to pick up winter tires now or just wait it out and see what happens.

Yeah, I generally try to wait to order tires until I'm about ready for them to avoid getting stuck with tires for a car that I may or may not have come winter time. Might have to make an exception this year. At the same time, I'm hesitant to order tires for rims that I do not yet have. 😧
