I figured I would start this thread to see what issues people are running into. I'm sure many of these will be worked out quickly but wanted to see is others are having the same issues I am.

1) Yesterday, my screen became completely unresponsive. It would not acknowledge any screen touches. This went on for 5 minutes and continued after a reboot of the system. Eventually it just started working on its own again. It started when my apple car play started up.

2) Performance pages are glitchy. They seem to crash when I select the certain performance page I want to view. Without fail, the G Force page crashes and reverts to the home page every time I click on it.

3) I am unable to add more than one profile. I called Uconnect and they said an update will be pushed out soon to add up to 5 profiles. Is everyone having this issue?

4) Screen not dimming when headlights are on while using apple carplay. It seems like its on full bright even when headlights are on only when on the car play screen.

Noted, and thank you.. I understand the confusion. Hope the info helps. My understanding is just like our phones how they send updates randomly. It may not be a huge build update but something. Obviously thr department that is doing the updates is not communicating with others on specific details ie, whats in the updates, will there be more etc. That's why we aren't getting information just like calling Apple or Samsung for the newest phones. You don't know unless it's leaked.

Back to nomal this morning. App work fine. But since fews days, my uconnect nav crash and boot at least 3 times a day. The screen goes blank for few seconds and the TomTom logo appear and the map goes back. I drove my DD for 8 minutes this morning and it happens twice in 8 minutes. Anyone having this issue?

I hope this post is ok on this thread, as it is "problem related" but more of a question. I use USB stick pretty much 90% of the time for my music source. My '21 DDSRT will regularly switch to radio on startup when previously shutdown on USB. When it does that, its as if the USB isn't plugged in - it's not detected. I have to remove it and reinstall it to get the system to read it. I am using a pretty cool, very tiny Sandisk 32g USB stick, about the size of one of those bluetooth mouse adapters. It's nice because it hardly sticks out so there is no risk of knocking it when putting stuff in the console trays. But if there is a "preferred" or "approved" USB stick that may resolve my issue, I'll gladly pick one up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's not you it is a bug in the software. I reported this in my list of bugs in this thread. The Durango never plays last source on startup even though it is selected. Also my sources rarely show anything but Sirius on startup so I cannot select them through the steering wheel buttons, I have to manually click on am and fm for it to show in my sources and like you, unplug the USB and plug it back in. Once in a blue moon they are all there or if I power cycle the unit by pressing the center of the volume button and holding it for 30 seconds (until screen goes black) Annoying, yes, not user error and also easily reproduced.

Brought it to the dealer this week. They were able to make the seat "Re-learn" the programming. Whatever that means. It only took them 5 minutes. The memory seat and exit seat are now working properly. I'll see how long it works for this time. They mentioned that they had to do that for someone else 3 times, but it finally took after the 3rd time. This was the 2nd time for me, so hopefully that's it.

My wife’s been getting “key has left vehicle” messages while driving lately. Replaced the battery, no change.

I’ve not had it with my key, but I don’t drive it nearly as often as she does. Going to swap keys and see if it changes, could just be a bad key.
That happened to me twice the last month. Its not the key. Happened with both my keys. Definitely a glitch.

So I've got the terrible andoird auto connection, streaming music wireless mostly sounds like a cd skipping if anyone remembers that sound. It often disconnects entirely for periods of time, all in all pretty terrible experience. Now I'm curious if anyone has experienced my newest annoyance. Upon startup my volume knob and toggle behind the wheel only controls the volume to the navigation. I have to use the drop down and use the on screen slider to adjust music volume as it automatically defaults back to navigation volume. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Just got a call from my wife.

She got in, started it up, and the screen was blank. She was calling to let me know about it, and by doing so, it came on.

How is it possible or something so completely broken in so many ways made it into production?
We all went through that frustration stage. I think it's the price to pay for having a new infotaintment system. I have seen few Grand Cherokee L around town so hopefully this will put pressure on FCA to lauch the update even if it's not 100% perfect. I rather have an update with 70% of the fix than waiting for the perfect one.

do you you see uconnect-cd1b85 under setting>general>carplay?

Don’t forget to delete it the uconnect profile in the iphone setting before trying to pair it again. It worked for me
