Thanks for your understanding or concessions and the effort in your explanation. I wish we started the conversation off this way. It is appreciated. Vehicle curb weight, traction, braking force, and ABS system are all very important variables to consider. I believe we agree on most points and the mathematics work when source data is accurate. Analyzing the brake force threshold without data cannot be calculated when the other variables are not known, inconsistent, or not constants for comparison. Also, the 5ft calculation difference was not statistically significant and the whole purpose of the mathematical example was to make obvious that vehicle curb weight was the main influencer in braking. Using an approach to determine the threshold force criteria for locking up a rolling mass was and is still is undetermined without testing on a lab machine as stated before so this approach is not possible. Your conclusion that the Brembo's make no difference in this scenario and the curb weight is the main contributor is the same conclusion I made. Thanks!

Cool! Question: Where did you get your Brembos from? I was looking at a set on Ebay off a 22 Durango Hellcat but got a little overwhelmed when the seller was saying the I had to replace my spindle to SRT spindles in order for me to do the conversion.

Haven’t installed them yet. After I bought them, I noticed one of the bleeder valves broke clean off. I tried an easy out and it broke off in the bleeder valve. So, I just have to find the time to weld a nut to it, cross my fingers that it’ll come off that way.

If you can weld a nut, then consider grabbing it with some needle nose vice grips? Also, little heat around the caliper/nipple area might expand it and get the broken bleeder out?

Time for a new caliper.
