I just got this back from RIPP:

"We just finished up 3.6 Cherokee, going to pick up on 5.7 Cherokee and
Durango next - should be good by end of year"

Good luck ufokillerz... can't wait for the final results... hopefully you have a garage for that bad boy and it's not sitting on a NYC street... our communist mayor might sight it for being too badass for city streets.

Good luck

What happens after the motor or drivetrain blows? and no warranty? you must have disposable income lol Nice to have a hot rod D but I think most buy for a family hauler, not doing 140 mph with my kids in the D.

i drive my kids in my leveled ford expedition, more space lol. My D could be a makeshift family hauler, but it is my joy ride. I'm going with Ripp because they have a good reputation in the Jeep world ( and they are 5 minutes away from home hah), lots of installs and no blown up trannies. We also share the same tranny as the Jeep SRT, and Ripp has a few dozen kits out there running way more hp since earlier this year with no issues.

Having so much fun with the wife's R/T I'm looking at a 2015 Charger Scat Pack. Looking at the Charger line up they have three 8 speed transmissions. The torqueflight for the V 6's, the 8 HP70 for the 5.7 thru the 6.4 and the 8HP90 for the Hellcat. All 8 speeds, all rated different with different internals to handle the anticipated loads. The 8HP70 should be able to handle the Supercharger as the HP gain is in the same ball park as the 392 SRT's. Does the Durango have the 8HP 70 variant ? Don't know, the 2015 spec sheet says its a torqueflight? Generally, unless you raise hell with the paddle shifters all the time, the trans just doesn't blow up at these power settings, you just get to do overhauls every 15-20 K when the clutches wear out. So it takes awhile before you see the problem. In the meantime it is just so much fun! :p

my build sheet says 8HP70 that was purchased from ZF, and not built inhouse.
all Jeep SRTs also say 8HP70 from ZF

still some final tuning to do, but i think Ripp should be very close this time. They have atleast one other supercharged 5.7L out there being tested daily as well. Need to put on my replacement ram air hood also. prior to the corsa exhaust, it was pushing 400hp/400tq a few months back. So it definitely seems that the corsa is allowing it to push harder.
