Code 1297 "No change in MAP from start to run"?

Last Friday the CEL came on, but the D ran fine. I checked it and came up with 1297. Then before I had a chance to clear it and reset the ECM, the CEL went out.

Anyone know what this means, or what I should look for?

I beleive that the 1297 is when the MAP sensor doesn't change its reading from the starting/initial reading to a new reading when the engine is running. Since the CEL went away, my guess was a missed signal. If all seems fine, you should be okay.

Others may have additional input.
