I tinted my tail lights using a precut vinyl kit from eBay and added JDM Astar 1000 lumens reverse light bulbs.

You have to order a whole new tail light. I have been told by a few parts places they are sold as one unit.

Just curious, why do people block out their license plate numbers when posting pictures online? Anyone walking down the street or driving up behind you can see your numbers, why is the internet any different than any other public place?

 

Heard that. And, craigslist ads that have a huge ugly thumb in the frame of the shot just to block the plate always have me passing it right on by.

 

Last week changed out my heater core and Evaporator . Now I'm trouble shooting driver window control unit.

 

Pulled off the front bumper today and swapped out the stock chrome bezel headlights for some black bezel headlights. Looks way better and made me happy to get rid of the final piece of chrome on my DD.

 

Pics??? I'm thinking of doing the same!

Installed my caliper covers today, and called the exterior complete.

 

I've been looking to do this but I'm really wanting to find a set of blue caliper covers. The red looks great but I think the blue would be really different with all black everything else.

Tinted all windows, mopar CAI, blacked out grill and emblems, installing magnaflow cat back dual exhaust system and 5k hid kit on my 14 Limited. I have OEM parts with 21k miles on them if anyone wants them.

 

You can't tease us like this and NOT have pics man!

I got them on Amazon. The company is called 8 versus 8. If I remember correctly you can get them in different colors. Easy install and their vinyl decals got great reviews on Amazon. Highly recommend them.

 

I believe a member here makes them as well. Duranged Graphics is the business name. They look great!

Installed a morimoto/retrofit source hid kit yesterday. Took the better part of the day for bumper/headlight removal/reinstall and planning where to put all the crap needed to run the kit with the car (resisters (4), relay, ballasts). It works so far but need to finish up today and aim.

Would I do it again? Not sure yet. It wasn't easy so the light output better be worth it.

 

Installed headrest covers, door covers & rear seat/front seatback covers earlier this week.

Installed my Maxliner front floor mats today (they fit & look great). Also installed a pet cargo area cover in the back.
Got my wire mesh barrier mostly assembled, but need an extra set of hands fitting the 'wings' before I can complete my 'dog proofing' of the D.

 

Installed Mopar splash guards, vent shades and Husky floor liners front and rear and the Mopar mat in the third row. Had her for two weeks now so planning on a wash this weekend. Oh yea! have a guy coming Tuesday to tint the fronts 35%!! Cant wait for that.
Ill post some pics after the tint and wash job!

 

Added the strut tower brace from Grocery Getter Racing. Took some pics when I test fitted it. I then removed and cleabed the mounting areas.

How does your DD handle in comparison to not having the brace?

 

Washed, sealed and waxed the Durango and the Jeep as well!

 

didn’t wash it again, for some reason i like it dirty, black rims from braking, dusty tires??? but from inside it’s spotless, but outside looks like mad max car , i don’t know looks mean.

mine is white so it’s hard to notice dirt, i only know it’s dirty from windows & tires
