I agree with Rob, get an R/T if you can. The Hemi is worth it and the R/T has the best looks. If you are looking for a serious off roader then get the JGC with the Hemi. It is amazing. I don't think you are going to get too many compliments about Toyota's here. I love my Durango and it is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

I paid 43.1k for my rt see if you can swing the hemi, every time you punch it you will be sure you made the right move.

What kind of mileage are you guys getting? Having a hard time justifying that with my wife.

The v6 Durango only gets 1-3 MPG in the city and on the highway. I get between 16.5 in the city and 22-23 on the highway with my R/T.

Imho if you are concerned with off roading I would get a citadel with the hemi. You get the better gearbox with lowrange, and the extra ground clearance that the RT doesn't have. I don't know if you can get the limited with hemi.
Or get the RT above and put a front level kit in.
