Here's what I'm seeing. The D starts fine and there's no issues when running from a cold start, it can run an hour with no symptoms. If I shut down and then re-start after 15 - 30 mins or so of off time while it's still warm, it starts up fine but, while driving at low RPMs, it stumbles and runs rough. If I downshift and feather the throttle a bit, it'll cough a few times and come out of it.

Coil? TPS? I had new plugs/wires/cap/rotor put in just a few thousand miles ago, but not a new coil.

I put the new battery in just a short time ago. That problem seems different, though maybe it's the same and it's just getting worse. I can't imagine the new battery is bad and charging is fine as it turns over very strong and starts quickly. I could get a load test done to make sure.

The coil could be the problem if it's getting hot as you drive.
There have been incidents here where the D will start fine cold, but after they're hot the coil stops working.

I think I might just change the coil and see. Like Rob says, it can't hurt to have a used spare if it turns out to be something else. Am I right that I want an Echlin brand, I think I saw that in another thread?
