I was intermittently having this issue and other weird electrical gremlins.

Also sometimes the car wouldn't start.

Replaced the starter and everything is perfect again.

Ive had the same issue. No blind spot, no park assist, no rear vent, no rear seat heating, no backup cam etc.

The problem on mine was a broken fuse, M34 10Amp was gone. I replaced it, but they was gone immediately. So if give another try, took a 15Amp fuse and now everything is working again.
