Are these in acceptable tolerances for a new car? I just noticed my new Durango doesn’t align very well where the rear bumper meets the quarter panel. It’s on both sides but drivers side worse than passenger. Is it worth it bringing to the dealer to get it fixed or should I just let it be.

It's a "feature." Be glad you didn't have to pay for it with a line on the window sticker.

Look at my post regarding my new Durango RT with misaligned front fenders, hood, drivers side doors, rear tailgate, front left bumper at fender, A-Pilar crumpled, rust, paint overspray, missing seam sealer around liftgate, metal in metal chipping the paint to bare metal on both sides of cargo area and liftgate, missing nuts on front stabilizer and suspension, missing components listed on build sheet and window sticker, a metallic creaking noise that everyone hears which they say has been fixed and repaired 5 times now yet it’s still there (foreman says it’s either a bad weld or crack somewhere on my brand new durango) frame left front not the same as front right side after being put in frame machine. Bodyshop says they’d never pass it but… all in spec according to Stellantis and FCA. Vehicle at dealership for 5 months now. Stellantis leaving me high and dry ghosting me. The dealership (massive 13.5 billion organization, saying they will now replace my vehicle… yet…. Still waiting…. Anyway, take it back, have them fix it and check you alignment of all panels… if these aren’t aligned properly, you probably have other issues you are missing.
