Also! I got word this morning that mine moved into D1 yesterday morning with an estimated ship date of November 20th! But it still hasn't shown up on the tracker here yet that I am D1.

And again the change happened after I started get mad again at the dealer or at Dodge on Facebook and Twitter about where my Durango is and the lack of communication from FCA which I know is not their fault but I kept getting told from FCA that because I am Canadian that I have to go through my dealer for any updates on build status.

That is 3 times that happened where it changed status after getting mad, I'm not sure if that coincidence or not!

Good that Tim is being made aware that the order/status process is effed.

I don't think he actually pushed your order out, though, because framing and paint takes a chunk of hours. But the behavior I see in tracking (as an outside observer) seems a bit strange these days..

I know when we were last at the plant (when was that? 2014?) they were adamant that the goal was 4 weeks from customer order to ship.. for every customer order.. with dealer/inventory orders a lower priority...

I think the VOTS is a done deal. Online chat, dealer info, and calls are the only way.

I signed up on the Jeep Garage site and have been following my Durango. Stuck in Nebraska for a couple days. Doh! Awesome tracker.

My D was unloaded off the train Thursday at 514pm. The rail yard is 30 minutes from the dealer. My dealer “hot tagged” it but still hasn’t seen it. They also don’t know when it will arrive. It “usually doesn’t take this long” according to them.

Mine is apparently in "G" status as of this morning and still showing being shipped today lol. I know that wont happen, but hopefully ships out by before the 23rd, American Thanksgiving.

Nope. Not yet. I’ve been told the delivery truck won’t leave until it’s full. FCA’s “executive referral manager” told me it will deliver to the dealer today. As of right now, it’s still not there.

We ordered our Dodge Durango R/T on 11/7/2017. Per this forum, I reached out to Dodge Chat and found this out about ours:

I am showing your vehicle has been built and is in the stage prior to being released by the plant. Your Vehicle may have been selected for additional quality inspections or held for delivery purposes. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided.

There is one more stage following this one and that is the shipping stage. I asked how long in these 2 stages and she said it could take an additional 2 weeks! Hope this helps some of you!!!
