How are you not driving to the plant right this second? That’s insane. I would have lost my sh*t on someone at dodge.

With all due respect, I don't understand why you are getting so upset over this. You have been told at least twice it is a minimum of 4 weeks. Is it an OCD thing where you just have to know the status of your vehicle? I was like that when I ordered my 2014 and the website tracking kind of satisfied me, though it could have been updated regularly as it still showed in "Paint" when my dealer told me it had arrived...lol

With my 2018 SRT I restrained myself to checking every couple of weeks.
 
Your VIN is good. D is gatelined...then there are various internal scheduling codes following D. Good order w no date, tentative date, firm schedule, etc. Dont panic. It wont take more than 6 weeks from VON to invoicing dealer (KZ). Transporting time however, depends where you are at.
I wish it was 6 weeks! I'm at 11 weeks now(Aug 2nd) and it just went into "C" status a few days after I and my rep threatened FCA to cancel my order (coincidence??)

No one will tell us why my Durango R/T is not moving along while lots of others are being ordered and built quickly(within few weeks)

Wow, that is SUPER frustrating! I would cancel the damn order!

OMG, 11 weeks for "C" status?!?!? That's ridiculous! Now that's worth going nuts over. My dealer told me to expect 4-6 weeks, but to check in once a week for updates. My real expectations for delivery based on this site are really 8-10 weeks though. So I'm keeping calm for now.
 
croll, What is the dealership telling you? Even they must think it's odd to be stuck in the pipeline this long when others are being ordered and delivered in less time!

When I ordered my 2014 F-150 back in March 2014, it was built by Mid-April but then sat on a holding lot by the plant in Kansas City for over a month! Supposedly because of the harsh winter, rail delivery was back logged. The Dealership kept hounding Ford for updates and even they couldn't believe the delay. It didn't arrive at the dealership until early June. It was almost 3 months from order to delivery, longest I've ever experienced! This Durango was the shortest at less than 3 weeks from order to delivery.

Live chat today.....said vehicle has only been D1 for a day now. Could stay there for 30 (standard response). Everyone I chat with gives me a different answer. I understand the process and only go by what I’m being told. What is going on with the live chat agents? They seem to be a mess.

FWIW, jeepgarage shows D1 status as of 10/14.

Also the thing about expediting come this Friday.....ya, not happening according to my chat today.

Been given 3 different dates as when my vehicle went D1 and the 30 day clock started ticking....does anyone at the live chat know what is going on?

Was also given a 10/25 ship date by chat rep Maurice. Today he told me my vehicle would ship within a week.

Spoke on the phone with Sandra from Dodge today and she agrees that the chat reps all have been giving me inconsistent and incorrect information since the beginning. My build is supposed to start Monday 11/6. I’m not holding my breath.

WOW! Ridiculous! Sounds to me almost like your order was lost.
 
Yeah I can relate to this whole thread. Ordered our SRT Durango 9/6 and was given a VON and a VIN within the first week. From there it sat in d1 for 6.5 weeks. I called consistently and each time was a different problem. The main reason for all the holdup was the hood according to an SRT rep. Just got an email less than a hour ago saying the build has started and its being painted. Hopefully will have it by the 12 week mark

Do not bother with the live chat. They do not have a clue and then have no method to rectify the mountain of lies they just fed to you.

They shouldn’t even have live chat to follow your built status because like I was told, “We can’t confirm a delivery date until it has arrived at the dealer.” W...t...f.. really?

How long after "G1 trim" status until delivery?
I ordered my R/T on 10/14 and it looks like it's nearly done.
G* is pretty close to being done, it is rolling down the assembly line.. within a day it will be build complete.. it may spend some time in I (pending inspection) before it gets to KZ (plant release) .. at which time it goes into the transportation system, which has variable delays depending on where it is going.
 
Yeah, I can see the frustration. I ordered 10/4, was given a shipping date of 10/27 and never a peep in between from my dealer. The online tracker site has never worked for me. Dealer says it is in D1 as of today and has been since 10/16. I was originally told 4-6 weeks :)
