Where are you located?Congrats! I’m 9/6-9/14. Was loaded on rail yesterday. My salesman said he’ll give me updates.
In Las VegasWhere are you located?
It can be anything at this point. I work for manufacturing company. Every day there is something we are out of or not yet at the plant. They say it will be there tomorrow, but doesn't show up for a week or 2. I guess it all depends. If you maybe put the order in at the right time, you might get lucky then others.so is the general consensus that the blind spot monitoring option is most of the holdup? idk if it's been answered but of the ppl i've seen posting their options that seems to be the culprit.
You didn't get the tow and go?!
damn. you're doing what we are planning to do. trading in the 18 overland but she wanted destroyer gray. and of course i had to opt for the TnGView attachment 116968
Bye bye Jeep
I got destroyer grey with red interiordamn. you're doing what we are planning to do. trading in the 18 overland but she wanted destroyer gray. and of course i had to opt for the TnG
Nope. I wanted RWDYou didn't get the tow and go?!
Yeah, possibly. It was 3.5 weeks from order to delivery. I added a lot but nothing that they obviously didn't have lolThat may have been another reason yours went through so fast. Congrats, drive it like you stole it!
sometimes i wish i lived in an area where 4x4 or awd wasn't necessary. unfortunately, delaware is on the cusp between no snow and bad snow seasons. so every truck i get is 4x4 and we end up having another 4x4 or awd vehicle.Nope. I wanted RWD
I'll grab pics in a bitYour DDRT looks great!!! Send some interior pictures when you can. I'm waiting to order a 2022 which I hope is soon. I like the features of the TnG but really don't need the AWD. Which sound system did you go with? I'm trying to decide on that as well. I have time....
I live in Indiana near Chicago. We get a good amount of snow. With that said tho, I used to daily drive RWD Thunderbirds every winter. I'm not too concernedsometimes i wish i lived in an area where 4x4 or awd wasn't necessary. unfortunately, delaware is on the cusp between no snow and bad snow seasons. so every truck i get is 4x4 and we end up having another 4x4 or awd vehicle.
the other thing is i KNOW deep down the rt with TnG is going to be absolute shit in the snow and ice with the OEM tires. im sure once we get it i won't be able to wait until the tread is gone to replace them. street performance isn't really one of my top requirements, and the durango will be the wife's daily and she doesn't care either. whenever the stock pirellis wear out i'll probably look for some other all-season option.
other option would be a second set of wheels and tires. i did that before with a 2015 cherokee and it worked out great, but im not sure if i want to involve myself in the labor anymore. and it's tough to determine the "right" time to put them on for the winter season when we can get freak cold and warm bouts in early fall and late spring here.
