that is very interesting. my Durango purchased in December '21 also came with R17.98 software version.

I have noticed that mine has not updated to R17.99 so now it appears that the R17.98 and R17.99 are pretty much the same. if the R17.99 version was an upgrade from R17.98 the new factory deliveries would have .99 installed.

you should have very little trouble with the R17.98 software. my WiFi crashed sometimes and I swear my weather map used to pinch zoom in and out. other than those small issues mine has been trouble free.

Just checked on mine today. Ordered mine on March 23rd and I am still stuck in "D" as of this afternoon. This is really starting to suck. Even if it gets built sometime in July we will not see it until August or September with all the shipping delays. I am about ready to forfeit my $1,000 deposit and give up on this whole deal. Called Dodge Customer Care yesterday and they were ZERO help. They suck as well.

Picked it up today. 2022 RT Plus, TnG, Black Top, Cargo Plus Group, Red Brembos, 2nd row Fold and Tumble Captain Chairs, Black Interior.

Darn it for the limited exterior color selection.
Congrats!!! I agree on the limited colors, I ended up ordering White... I did not like the Grey at first but it is certainly growing on me, looks great!

Dealer just called and my car has arrived!! Will be going later this afternoon, will follow up with some pics!

That being said, here is the current info from the 'Tracker'... I have found it useful but has found it running not completely up to date at times... like now :p
I'm not knocking it, it is trying to get info out to us, just runs a little late sometimes....

Always good to see the reality runs faster than what Dodge tells you lol.
Congratulations!

Just checked a minute ago and am still stuck in "D". I just don't get it at this point. I got my email over three weeks ago now stating my DD would be built in the next few weeks. I guess the parts needed to build my SRT are still on backorder. The killer is I cannot lock in my rate until the dealer has a scheduled delivery date to the dealer.

That's been brought up before. All DDs have that pinch which likely gives clearance for something during the vehicle build.

My opinion is not moot because no one has been able to figure out why they did that to every exhaust system the Durango gets.

If you go to Borla's site they do offer a system for the 392 which is 2.75". I have the ATAK on my 2014 Challenger along with headers and Hi-Flo Cats and while it is a blast to drive around town it is taxing on long road trips to big National Car shows. We currently have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with active exhaust and I am really interested in how differently the DD SRT is going to sound in comparison. Having had my 2014 Challenger on the Dyno countless times I can tell you that exhaust changes only by themselves get you zero HP gains.

The SRT should be louder than the Jeep. Comparing factory exhausts between the two have been done and that was the conclusion.
