Funny - I got the same email this morning, but when checking the order tracker it is unchanged, still "Order Confirmed"

 

same email to me today - “coming weeks“ whatever that means - 12 - 16 - 20 - 52?

I ordered 1 month ago thru broker, 2022 RT/Plus AWD, Destroyer grey, Red calipers, red interior, capt chairs and center console for rear, TowNgo, and did it without the blacktop package since the dodge website hyper "black" wheels looked black on website. So when I found out the "black" wheels were actually grey, I added the Blacktop package, but dealer said with that package comes with 265/20 tires which was a no go for me, but saw these vids on youtube of a identical built DD as I was doing that I kept watching. Anway With the help of Ledman66 ,on this site, he confirmed TowNgo overrides the Blacktop in terms of getting 295/45/20 tires. So since I was still prior to D1 status, today I got the dealer to add Blacktop to my build. Broker set it up with deal locked, residual on lease locked in as of May's 54% and deal protection and my employee 1% discount and brokers 8.75 off MSRP I got a good deal seeing how the market is. Anyway excited to get it in my hands, Got the email today from Dodge saying its about to go into production with the tracking link. Pretty cool stuff. (thanks Ledman66 for chatting on youtube and helping me before it was too late)

 

Noticed my estimated delivery slipping again a bit the other day...
Glad to see others may me starting to get some traction on their orders.

I just received my email today that my DDSRT will be built in the "coming weeks". The status has not changed yet on the tracker but I expect it will not until they actually set the scheduled production date. At last we have made some progress.

It doesn't pop up with anything until your car gets to a certain point in the build, try back every day, I did so for a while and a few days ago it came back with my info, 9 pages of all equipment and options, several page examples below...

 

Online order tracker shows my DD scheduled as of yesterday 6/16. (Ordered 4/12) It has all the tech stuff + 10.1

Just checked on mine a minute ago. Ordered mine on 3/23/22, still shows in "D". I have a DDSRT with all the bells and whistles so hopefully within the next couple of weeks like my letter stated.

Well mine finally made a little traction. Mine was scheduled on June 16th. Ordered on Feb 11th. now lets see how long it's going to take to be in Production.

last week I send an email to customer care and they opened a case and were going to see what was taking so long then I saw today it was scheduled.

 

Just checked a few minutes ago still stuck in "D". Maybe by next week. I just wish I knew what the statement " your new Durango will be built in the next few weeks" actually means?

I have a feeling we’re waiting on SRT parts at this point.
Other fellas are getting their R/Ts built now. Some have tech, others are tow n go.

 

I always figured a couple is two and a few is 5 but FCA could be anything to infinity or " 'til we feel like it." Manufacturers have no one to answer to outside of the financial world.

 

Also found out on the 'Tracker' once built you will have a link to grab the sticker.....

 

getting the window sticker is pretty cool I think. I saved PDF copies to keep.

if you ordered your Durango your actual window sticker should be given to you by the dealership and it should say 'this vehicle built especially for YOUR NAME' at the top. I framed mine.

 

Yup. Here’s an example of one I found. Customer ordered it but never bought it according to the dealer.

Dealer just called today and said build date set for 7/5! Even though online I still only see confirmation date 🤷🏻‍♀️

 

Just checked mine after not looking at it for a few days, and I'm in production finally! Hopefully things start moving for everyone else real soon.

 

man, back in the good old days of last fall, we had to call and bug the Dodge phone reps to get that kind of update. or pressure our salesman to get an update.
