Anyone ever done a mid muffler delete and replaced the rear resonators with bullet mufflers? I ran this on my scat pack and really liked the sound from it and it didn't drone. Been searching youtube trying to find something similar but haven't found anything yet.

Some here have done that & many considered it too loud, but if you liked it on a Scat Pack car then it may work for you.

Suggest you replace the resonators 1st and if it's not as loud as you want, then drop the suitcase.

I can't speak to the Durango, but on my Magnum I just removed the suitcase and left the resonators. The resonators are there to eliminate the drone caused by the MDS system running, so without them it will be bad (there are ways to get around this, you can turn off the MDS with a tuner, or physically go in and delete it). Just taking the suitcase out made my car sound great! It's not terribly loud normally (my wife riding in the car on the freeway had no problems with it, and we were able to hold a conversation without issue) but when you stomp on it it roars like a muscle car should.

Yes, it’s been done over and over. You should try searching here, with the search bar, right up there at the top.

I'm surprised that nobody has tried to delete the mid muffler and resonators and replace with scat pack resonators somewhere underneath since everyone raves about their scat pack tone.
