While outside of the truck, cycle your seat from extreme forward to extreme rear. Doesn't seem to matter which direction you start in. If I recall, some advised turning the feature off, cycle the seat(s), then turn the feature back on - but I've never needed to do that. I think that dealer updates to software confuse the memory settings.

This worked on my 2015 Durango R/T. As suggested, outside of the vehicle, full cycle foward, full cycle back and the memory options worked again. Thanks for that easy “fix!”
