If I need a full size SUV I'd get the Yukon XL Denali, the 6.2 V8 plus 8spd trans do seem sweet, but it costs almost double of my D with similar options equipped, and it's gonna be a pain to park. So in the same price range, the D is definitely the best choice for almost all my needs.

I traded my 07 Suburban LTZ that I bought new for my '15 R/T. I loved my Chevy but there are definite quality issues for something that cost well over 50k when I bought her. The only thing I miss is the space for road trips but for me as the driver The D is better in every aspect. The R/T will have a stiffer ride due to the sport suspension. I looked at the new Suburban's and hate what they did to the interior not to mention the $70k price tag for the LTZ. Nissan Armada was beautiful but 13mpg and under powered IMO and $50k+ Loved the Audi Q7 but once again when I threw in the performance and electronics I wanted I was looking at $70k.

The Durango was the last vehicle I looked at and to be honest I never even considered it but I decided to look at Ram trucks and pulled into the dealership. Then from the other side of the lot I could see this beast sitting there looking at me. I walked over and circled it trying to figure out what it was and then the salesman hit the remote start while I was standing behind her and I fell in love the moment I heard the Hemi come alive.
nice story. I'd give some credits to the salesman as he knew what's the selling point of the D and what a customer is looking for.
