On vehicles I've had with regular keys and not push button start, you could put the key in the accessory position, stopping the motor but letting the radio stay on. This is handy when I'm running into the 7-11 to get a drink and my wife is staying in the Durango.

Is there a way to do this? So far, as soon as I open the door, it all shuts down.

Also, is there any way to set the audio volume differently by source? Bluetooth streaming of podcasts from my iPhone need a much higher volume setting than the radio. When I switch to the radio, I get blasted if I don't remember to turn it down.

2014 Limited with the premium package, so it's got the 84AN. Just assume I got the number right, there. :)

Thanks.

On your BT device. Do you have the volume on that device turned all the way up? If not that may be why it is so low.

With push button start, and engine running, push once, while in park, stops engine, push again to put it into accessory mode.
I will push it once to stop, wait ~1 second (or engine known to be off) then push it again. allows me to listen to radio while filling up.

BT device volume all the way up will solve your issue. My phone asks permission to go all the way up,stating hearing damage may occur if you were using headphones. Then press allow on device and it will allow volume to go up more.
