Easy entry/exit and memory button not working

Hi guys,

I noticed when i start my car, 2018 durango, or off it no longer does the easy/exit movement of the seat. I also cannot press the memory button to go to a saved preset.

It all worked the other day. I can’t find anything that has to do with a fuse. The car will still save a preset if i make a new one. The actual seat movement buttons still work. Very strange.

Any tips would be great thank y’all!

Roll down the window, put the car in run, close the door, move the seat all the way forward and all the way back. It should reset. There's a thread about it somewhere on here. I'll try to find it

Memory seats and easy exit stopped working ?

All of a sudden, both stopped working. I can adjust the seat and then save it, and it shows it's been saved. However, after moving the seat and then hitting the #1 or #2 button, it does nothing. Also, at the same time, the easy exit stopped working. Does anyone have this issue and or know...
