So I've always considered this an old man's "mod" but anyone have any clear or color matched door edge trim on their D?

I really don't want to mess with the side lines, but I have a 2yr old, 3yr old and a wife and none of them see to notice the sheer look of terror on my face when they bump or place the door on another car or any surface.

I haven't seen anything color matched available. It's like $20 on amazon for clear so I might just toss some on...... Man I feel old...

lol, it just means you bought a nice vehicle and want to take care of it.

old manning it would be if you put pinstripes down the sides.

Go with clear, I think that helps hide the look, or you could go with clear vinyl like they use on vehicle wraps...its not strong enough to withstand a hard slam of the door into something but would prevent light scratches. I have used that on other vehicles for the front bumper and behind the door outside door handles where scratches occur.
