Does the sound of the Corsa change?

In case anyone didn't know this--aftermarket exhausts are going to make the exhaust louder. Some brands louder than others. If you don't realize this or don't want this, then don't buy an aftermarket exhaust and complain about it. I can't figure out these people complaining about the sound of the Corsa. I have had 5 Corsa exhausts (4 on GM trucks, 1 with my Durango) and they have all been excellent--no issues at all.

I totally understand the extra noise part as I've had my fare shake and exhaust with cars. I just don't want a droning sound buzzing my head and the families as well.

The Gibson sounds absolutely amazing, till the MDS kicks in and it makes that buzzing farting noise. Though after awhile you seem to just tune it out/lulls you into a comfortable trance that you really shouldn't be in while driving.

No drone at all , but when ECO is on, it's gets annoying, solution , I keep ECO off..... Lol

I went to YouTube and looked up Durango R/T with Gibson exhaust. If your happy with it, that's good--but I didn't hear one that sounded good at all. I honestly don't think it sounded much better than stock. The Corsa blows the Gibson exhaust away in looks, sound and quality--and that's a factual statement.

I have the citadel, which I'm almost positive has a different mid muffler, mines still dead silent at idle but gives a very very nice growl when you step on it.

You could call Maryland Speed and ask what THEIR price is on it. They usually have decent prices and are one of if not the cheapest when it comes to Kooks headers.

Corsa doesn't usually discount stuff. They know it's worth it!

After reading parts of this thread, it makes me believe that either people don't know what drone actually is or something went wrong with the OP's setup. It's a mind numbing sound like when you open your car windows and it thumps with pressure because they're opened just right. You can have extreme drone and minor drone. On my G8 which is PRONE to drone, I have LT's, NO cats, into a Corsa system with the RSC Sport mufflers and it has ZERO drone and is relatively quite at normal street speeds. Open it up however and it's LOUD. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Well hopefully I can find some selling one with black tips.....[emoji872][emoji872][emoji1369]Cheapest I've found online was 1490, maybe I need to look certain shops. I'll call Maryland Speed tomorrow.

Not sure if you have heard a corsa in person but let's just say it's great ear candy

Does any one else get a back fire on up shifts? Likes like a crack or pop
My buddy said it sounds like cracking wood coming out the exhaust
