Good Morning, my 17 R/T AWD with 1700 miles on her down shifts
hard between 5th to 4th gear in auto, going to call dealer on Monday.
has anyone else here have the same issues?

No problems here but keep in mind that this transmission is all computer driven and is still in the process of learning your driving habits. Are the hard shifts occurring in Sport or Eco mode?

Dang, I can't tell when mine downshifts..eco on or off or even when towing like I was today.

Yes bring it back to the dealership and left them investigate. Hopefully it is something minor like just needing a re-flash on the computer.
