Couple new photos of the Trackhawk Replicas after a nice bath. Fit and look turned out perfect.
She's a beauty. I can see my reflection from here 🤪o_O(y)

Broke in the stroker motor today, researched with a conventional break in oil and the right driving procedures it can be done pretty quickly with today's newer piston rings. Lots of engine load, like accelerating up hill in 8th gear, and varing rpms. Pretty much all highway driving. I think she's good to go for the next step. Gonna change the oil and filter tonight, and unfortunately my Dorman transmission pan started leaking so I've got to deal with that too.

Also test fitted the roll bar kit. Should be good other than having to lower the seat or raise the main hoop height.

She is no longer a 5.7 so I took the 345 off. I think I'm just gonna leave it like that. Also, added a new Manley and ARP decal😊

I broke the transmission🫤 out doing AFR logs for race gas. Was expecting it eventually, hoping it would last through the stroker build. When I'll be able to get an upgraded one I don't know.

Just took DD for first rotation and balancing 6,250 miles.

They used torque sticks rated to 130Lb torque on the lugs. Funny the SRT is rated at 110?

The alignment machine was out of commission but the wear is perfect across the tread pattern.

I've never done more than 100 om any wheel even with the Slicks

I agree with you buddy.

Just finished playing softball and it’s raining. I will back them off tomorrow and set them to 100lbs. Will put some anti seize on the threads too.

I'd at least do 110 but the SRT is the only one at that torque. Yours being an RT is to be at 130 lbs.

My old 05’ was 90-100 and never had any issues. I can easily break 130 but wife drives it so needs to be a little less in case she gets a flat. She and all my kids know how to change a spare tire. Lol

Drove it for the first time in two months, after the transmission failure. Finally put the Franketrans in yesterday and hooked everything up. Put the fluid in today. It drove great, trans had no issues, no unwanted vibration from the drive shaft. Man she pulls so hard! Can't wait to get it all dialed in!

Won't make Dec 1st track day unfortunately. Just too much left to do with the roll bar install. All the NHRA safety stuff has been taking the most time.

WOT feels so good after two months out!

Installed my new Costco H8 battery today. What a bitch it is to get the old battery out. Key step is to get the positive clamp on before pushing the new battery all the way forward so that it clears the edge of the plastic floor around the opening. Now to try and find an 68039242AA hold down bracket. Got to love Dodge deciding what hold down brackets people need.

Four bolts and the seat lifts right up. makes a lot easier.
