Nice Rig! I noticed that you did not have the upgraded pedals that look like stainless steel, my rig didn't come with them either. Is this not included on SRT Durango's? - for some reason I thought this was a standard feature on all SRT's.
Those are usually supplied to the customer somewhere inside the car and you or the dealer have to install them. They have been found in the glove box, the console and in the rear storage. It's sometimes a game the factory plays.

Interesting, I will reach out to my salesman today. I looked everywhere and they're nowhere to be found... strange... I checked out how much the factory OEM part would cost and they are not cheap. Roughly $160 for the pair.

I just jumped on a call with my salesman, he ordered them from the factory and they are shipping to my house in a few days. He apologized for the oversight, we should be good. Thanks for everyone who chimed in!

I've installed them before on my DD19 RT, a little elbow grease and they should go on - my dealer is about a 140 mile round trip for me. I'm just happy they acknowledged that they weren't on my rig and I will be getting them.
The brake pedal is the hardest to do, I've heard, and heating it up for a short period will make it easier to install.
So I just picked her up. The car didn’t ship with pedal covers so the dealer is going to order them and install.
Other than that, this thing drives NICE.
I was able to save a total of $1,500 off MSRP (before the increase), so some savings. Better than full MSRP and added markup. Only dealer add on is a GPS module (which I opted in)
I’m a happy camper.

Congrats on the new rig! I wonder why Dodge is shipping the SRT's w/o the pedal covers already installed?
Because they always have. They are optional for the customer to decide on.
Naaa... you'll take your time, maybe pick up the dry cleaning on the way, take the long route, stop for something to eat beforehand...
What’s an MSOSo my SRT arrived Monday but I haven’t been able to take delivery since the dealer has not received the MSO certificate. Has any experienced this? Pretty frustrating since the rest of the process went really quick.
(MSO) Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin. Dealer cannot register the vehicle with the DMV without it. Banks won’t finance until the dealer has this certificate. If comes from the manufacturer, proving the vehicle exists. It’s supposed to be mailed on the date the dealership was invoiced from the assembly plant, which in my case was 8/5. Frustrating.
