Just placed my order, after failing to come to an agreement at another dealership on Saturday, I mass contacted all of the dealers that popped up from the Affiliate website. Offers to place my order came in from $5k-$13k over MSRP. One dealership told me they weren't placing any more orders but had two on the way, and a few dealers still haven't been able to get back to me with a concrete price from my build summary.

I placed my order at MSRP and there is now a $395 charge for Octane Red, by the way.

None of them told me that order banks were closed, I'm not sure exactly why the one dealership wouldn't place a new order. They've had a number of them move through their website though, so I don't know if Stellantis actually capped individual dealership order amounts?
Congrats on the order! I was just going to make a post about the color price increases. Redline Red also comes with a $395 price increase and there might be other colors too.

I’m seeing 30-60° above outdoor temps, really depends on how hot/humid from what I’ve noticed. Didn’t pay attention to stock, so I can’t give you a good comparison.
Remember the dash displayed IAT on the Hellcat is post intercooler and not the intake temp near the intake filter like it was on the 392 SRT. That is throwing a lot of people off when they try to compare it back to their previous Durango SRT. You will need a data logger to read the other IAT from the computer.

I remember hearing something about that but didn’t want to add it as I couldn’t recall the correct information. Thanks for mentioning it!

Jlt talks about it when they put it on Dyno

Since I am posting randomly all of a sudden, figured I should introduce myself… I’m kinda a dodge nut, having bought these cars over the years (new) 2002 Viper ACR, 2005 Viper SRT10, 2006 Viper Coupe, 2008 Jeep SRT, 2016 Ram 1500, 2017 Viper ACR Extreme, 2018 Demon, 2018 Trackhawk and another 2018 Trackhawk. 😅. But I’ve owned Lambos, GTRs and Porsches, so I do cheat on Dodge from time to time.

That said, I ordered a 2021 DD Hellcat from my Demon/Ram dealer and he took pretty good care of me with an ‘at invoice’ price. We ordered it about 2 weeks ago but I have made him make changes a few times lol. But looking forward to getting this even more than my 2022 911 Turbo S, 😂.

I have a vin, but fingers still crossed they actually make mine, else I’ll just be over here crying 😭.

congrats to those of you before me that knew to order this long ago, I was in denial that I needed one of these, glad I came to my senses.

Nice..how did you spec it?
Probably not as cool as everyone would. The first spec was 96k msrp but then I got it down to 92k ish. I originally had all options except red leather interior, but then I got rid of the black kit, gunmetal stripes (aka matte black) and the technology pack and did silver stripes. I hated the technology pack on the Trackhawk, always had all that shit turned off. So I didn’t see a point in paying for it if I wasn’t going to use it. The silver stripes made sense to match with silver badges. Oh I didn’t get the rear center arm rest because I dont like the idea of having to fold the seat for people to get access to the 3rd row, with that gone they can go right through the middle. All the ofher options i got.

reactor blue is nice but sadly for me not like B5...but should stand out with the stripes.Since you are already a trackhawker this suv won't knock your sox off...but I'm having a ball coming from the 392.The newer acr viper is a track monster with the aero package.Just have to keep everything cool.

Oh I agree B5 would be better or actually that other darker (more royal blue) forgot its name, actually wished I had done the demon in that color. But this was the only blue option, hell even the Trackhawk blue sucks, way too dark.

Got my window sticker yesterday. I have been very lucky, it’s only been 11 weeks since I placed my order. I am super grateful for all the help you guys have given. A big thank you to @CWGrizzwold for his helpful stats and updates. Now here’s to hoping for quick shipping to Alabama.

With all the horror stories I have read, I was convinced that ordering one of these so late in the game that my odds of ever seeing it were slim. I placed my order over the phone with my dealer on June 2, 2021, and on July 30, 2021 the SRT HC was delivered to the dealership. It was built to order and window sticker had my name on it. Go Figure!:)

All of the horror stories I've read are due to 1) Timing of the order (DDHC's are scheduled builds in bunches so if you miss a group, you have to wait) and 2) People being upset that dealers that placed orders before "real people" were getting those orders fulfilled before the "real people" were.

I really haven't seen anything where anybody had an order that wasn't fulfilled, just a bunch of people that don't like how the manufacturing schedule is run.

Looking forward to seeing the window sticker with my name on it as well. Probably going on the wall in the man cave!
