Ok. Answering your questions in past posts:
“ I have a 730N NAV unit with Satellite radio factory installed.“ Where did you locate the unit number of your NAV?
”What happens when you press the Mode button and go to SAT?” I followed the directions in the owners manual and repeatedly pressed the Mode button to try and trigger the Sirius to come on and it just says SAT. No signal. And it’s stuck on channel 184. When on the phone with Sirius, I went through 2 tech people and was about to be directed to a third when my cell died!
I also have a 2009 Chevy HHR SS (Harry!) that has Sirius in it. So, I contacted Sirius to add my Durango to the account I already have in place. They (Sirius techs) kept sending a refresh signal to the Durango and nothing changed. In fact when I turn on the engine, the radio says CALL SIRIUS with an 877 number.
Oh! You also mentioned:
“If you're looking to get the ESN/SID number to give to Sirius look at page 217 of your owners manual. It indicates:
With the ignition switch in the ACCESSORY position and the radio OFF, press the CD Eject and TIME buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. All twelve ESN/SID numbers will be displayed. You can exit that mode by pressing any other button.”
I was able to not only get the 12 digits to show but a few pictures of them since they flicker when photographed like watching a movie!
so far, no Sirius yet but still working on it. I’ll update you when I can get them on the phone. Thank you.
