That's great news!!

you want both sides shipped or just borken side? What are chances I receive a bad left side?

Shipped you a small little plackage today. Should get to you in a few days.

Ship me all you got left over. The extra good side and the existing bad side.

Chances of getting another bad one? certainly exists. The replacement they shipped me was in the exact same packaging as the first sets. Dunno how to get through to them that it's not good enough.

well

I don't recall where mine came from but they were doubled boxed with foam peanuts. Seems the don't listen very much at all. They should so they can eliminate 99% of there problems.

I show it still being in Honolulu (since 29 Jan.) Should be arriving (hopefully) here at my office (on the Big Island - Zip 96743?).

Bob/VB Motorsports Tracking #591841466002224 - RECEIVED TODAY at my office, they check out fine (whew!.) I'll repackage better since they're still in the same type of package they were originally sent it and I'll reship.

All replacement lights are delivered except for Viper Bob's. His UPS tracking number is 1Z38506W0344521693 and in route. I paid $41.87 to repack and ship them out. The lights were checked out as unbroken here, $22.40 was the business shipping insured at $200, $10.59 for an oversized double wall box, $8 in packing peanuts and 88¢ state tax = $41.87. They better show up fine!

Rick, still waiting on your ring. Let me know when you get it. Worst case senario, I'll get one from the returned items from Grant and deliver it personally.

Grant, goodies received. Simply Fabulous! Thank you so very much. Completely unnecessary and a very pleasant suprise on a day I really needed a pleasant surprise (lost $25,000 today.)

Indy, I sent you a PM on the 4th and haven't heard back from you since the 3rd about my 2nd set being broken. It's not letting me PM you so maybe your PM is full or maybe the system is just not letting me PM you.

Sent you an email also on the 4th with the pictures.

Please keep me up to date. Thanks a lot and let me know if they can change the call tag adress to my house.

Yea they probably are, maybe the company should learn from past mistakes and actually provide some kind of extra protection instead of just putting two headlights in two small tiny boxes where they barely fit and then in another box where the two boxes just fit and then nothing else.

It's just a small crack in the clear headlight and annoying cause when I pay I want somethin to be not broken. I could keep it and it'd work it'll just bother me :roll:.

It's alright anyways. Way to cold to install anything so I can wait.

Yes I got your info? all of it? you need to check you email/pm for my replies past and present.

When a PM sits in your out box, it's not because it's not working, it's simply because the person you sent it to hasn't been online to get it yet.

As for the second set, I can't control the factory packing, all we can do is go through the process again, which we have started. One light is okay, one is bad, we'll get it taken care of. Hang in there or I'll send your money back and you send me your set you have now. With your one and Grant's one, I'll have another set anyways, one black and one chrome :bugeyed: ;)

Like I told you in email, they're still more expensive elsewhere and you get the same issues if you buy via eBay like your friend did. He paid more and someone repacked the lights.
