I Would of sent the cust. a ring without a call tag,Shipping both ways for a NICKLE part?LOL

Not coming to me first, that adds $36 to each re-shipped pack and I'm not paying that (based on what I actually paid to reship to RapidRob.) I'm checking with the Distributor again today, messaged him yesterday. Actually, I'd be shocked :shock: if another doesn't arrive broken. It all gets back to the manufacturer's packaging. If the disty takes the time (and adds to the shipping and handling expense) to check them prior to shipping and repack as necessary as I did on what arrived to me, all will be fine. Somehow I doubt that'll occur.

If there's a next time, all packs will come to me first, we'll add in the expense and deliver right the first time. I don't want to go through these issues again. Way to much trouble in just trying to help.

All call tags went out, ViperBob's is confirmed received and reshipped out today. Claimed NO OTHERS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BACK YET but I have proof Heather/Adde and mine have been received (interestingly, we three are the only tracking numbers I have to even follow up with.)

For the others, PLEASE PM ME ASAP with your individual return tracking numbers. If I know the number, and can proof the return, we're in great shape. Otherwise? grrrr. If you haven't received the RA, of course I need to know that too.

Without being provided any tracking numbers in advance, or acknowledgement of actual shipping, the replacement set for the lights I sent back locally arrived today? unbroken.

With fingers crossed, here's hoping you too have received yours. Updates?

not I, maybe I should have my girlfriend call her mom since she's back at college she should have called me and told me though but nope not yet :?

Didn't arrive Friday. 5 day UPS ship from SoCal to FL so it didn't ship last Friday. Bummer.

Bob, all I can do is reitterate what they tell me and stay on them? and I am. When I get more/any info, I'll let you know. As below, here's what they said on the 19th. I have since cooresponded with them, but no tracking info has been provided. Guys, I told you in the beginning that these guys really suck. I did all I could to work direct with the manufacturer but couldn't get that swung. Hang in there. We WILL get this completed soon.

You never sent me the tracking number so I can't look into it (at least I can't find it if you have.) Do so and we'll have a starting place. Fortunately, your issue is a 25 cent part. LOL

I'm calling the disty (AGAIN) tomorrow.

Great. Looks like it tracked fine. We have proof they have it then. Without that number, all I could do was tell them they had your part. I had no proof. Now we do. I'm talking with them tomorrow.

I talked with your installer in PA today on the phone. We went over things for 15 minutes or so. I think he has it all figured out now.
