I spoke to my Account manager today (4:46PM Cali time.) He's blaming the delay on Fed Ex. He says FedEx has been notified days ago and that they'll be or should have already sending/sent a truck to each of your locations. Once there, if you're there? give them the ready-to-go package. Otherwise, they're to leave a call tag on your door (GO LOOK!) You'll then get the product ready, call them for pickup and they come back and get it.
I'm supposed to get confirmation that this occured/is occuring still today/tonight. I too am on the RA list as a fortunate? or unfortunate as the case may be? built in check off.
In regards to the replacements, I was told "they're here awaiting the RA returns". I indicated that wasn't good enough do to this delay. They have my corporate info and can colateralize the shipments in advance to insure that they get paid. I was told that while that isn't their company policy, my rep is going to try to get that pushed through and cross ship the items. Thus, the onus will be on you 'lucky' 5 to ship back the damaged goods via the call tag Return Authorizations (RAs) or INDYDURANGO gets charged TWICE. I hope we don't have that happen.
Please do me a favor. When you get your RA and FedEx call tag, please write it down, record it and PM me with the call tag and shipping tracking number. That way I have proof for the Distributor that the items INDEED did get returned.
While it all sounds TERRIBLE, and it's your money if you're one involved and I do understand that, the real list is actually rather short. The list as I have it:

Morgan - lamp retaining ring (yours may just be shipped without an RA. If you get an RA please call me)
