The hood insulation on was looking really bad, after fixing the water pump leak of the D, I though it would be nice to freshen it it up a little.
Surprisingly I did not find any new dodge durango specific hood insulations on the internet.
Since I had some spray cans of SEM satin black and SEM sandfree adesion promoter I gave that a try.
I brushed off the dust and dirt with a simple soft sweep brush on both sides, applied a light coat of SEM sandfree and immediately after that a coat of SEM satin black.
