Hello Everyone, :wall:
I'm new to the forum and my '99 5.2L Durango WILL NOT START!! I've had it for about 2.5 years now with almost no problems. It has 128,500 miles on it. Here's what's going on: I have spark, plenty of cranking power, the odometer has not displayed no-bus, all relays and fuses/breakers are good, I have continuity through the fuel relay ground wire to the PCM but no signal from the PCM. I replaced the Crank Position Sensor and nothing. I am only getting 4 volts of signal to the PCM from the TPS @ wide open throttle. The Idle Air Control makes noise (I'm not sure if it should with ignition on, not running) the purge valve makes noise (Same conditions as IAC), It does have an aftermarket remote start/keyless entry but it's only spliced in and I have it turned off. Any help would be much Appreciated.

Thanks!!

I don't think the purge valve should be making noise under those conditions, but it's been a while since I poked at a '98.

No matter the state of the sensors, you should get a half a second of fuel pump relay activation when you first turn on the ignition.

I'd inspect and reseat all the PCM connections and check all the grounds (PCM ground is on the front of the driver's side of the engine, but check any ground you can find).

With the ignition on you should be able to interrogate the PCM with an OBDII reader to make sure things look reasonably sane.
