Today I did an oil change and a tire rotation. While the tire were off the truck I washed and sealed the barrels of the rim. The reason for thus is to make it easier to clean all the brake rust and other crud off.
Oh, you mean the part that no one sees, or cares about. The part of the wheel that's no exposed. Behind the spokes, usually where the wheel balance weights are placed. The area that's a complete pain in the butt to clean.
Yea, my original thought would be spring, mid summer, and then late fall. It doesn't take much more then a blast from the hose to keep them clean. Not something I'd want to do frequently but as a couple-a-times-a-year kinda thing, sure.
Did I read that correctly?Im the same way Brian... I like to keep em as clean as I can (living on gravel road is tough)
Developed a slight shake in the steering wheel at about 75mph I noticed the other day..
not saying that I haven't gone 75+ on gravel road.. but not in this case...Did I read that correctly?
75mph on a gravel road?
I gotta get the hell out of the suburbs!
