Still breaking-in my 14 R/T, so I haven't had a chance to experiment with this yet, but, is a stock 14 R/T capable of doing burnouts and donuts with the traction control off?

Also, what have you guys noticed the differences with Eco mode off, and then with traction control off? As far as throttle response, power.

With Eco Mode off you'll see a better a throttle and shift response. You can find this on Dodge's website about Eco Mode:

the system uses advanced computer technology and electronic throttle control

I, personally, dislike the behavior of Eco Mode. There is a noticeable throttle lag, some complain about how quickly it shifts through the gears, etc. Being able to run on four cylinders has done nothing whatsoever for the fuel economy I've see so far. Not to mention the throttle control mentioned above makes it extremely tricky to get MDS to activate in the first place. My best gas mileage was with Eco Mode off and using the paddle shifters to get through the gears quickly and keep the Durango in 8th gear.

Eco Mode is pretty much useless on the Durango...

If I were you, I'd just turn it off every time and go enjoy your new toy.

Yeah, I've only got about 300 kilometers and I'm already noticing that about eco mode. 20.03 MPG is pretty impressive... what do you drive at 40 kilometers all the time?? I'm averaging about 15.6 L/100 which I hope isn't too high considering how new the vehicle is.

I do not believe that is true at all ^^^ WHere did you read that?
Traction control is not an electronic axle locking device it is simply a Throttle response power reducer so that you dont over rev or over drive the trucks ability.
Without a tuner to remove Torque management in the pcm you wont be spinning tires and even after that the AWD driveline will hinder that.

Haha, nope. I keep my foot out of the floor, use the paddle shifters to get quickly through the gears so I can keep the Durango in 8th gear, and coast into red lights instead of racing up to them and sitting while waiting for it to turn green. I'm definitely not the speed demon I used to be when I had the Charger. On the parkway I go anywhere from 60 MPH to 80+ MPH depending on if I'm going up or down an incline (there aren't many flat roads in KY); and I just follow the city speed limits. Most of the miles on any tank I've done are parkway driving. BUT my daughter is in preschool four days a week and my husband drives the Durango if he's going somewhere in town; so there are frequent, but short city trips that tend to hack away at the number.

In CA the posted speed limits are considered the minimum speeds by most all drivers.
