Hi guys,

Im looking at buying a Durango R/T and all the used ones I've looked at are imported used ones from Canada. 3 out of 3 so far. They have 10-20k miles on them then the carfax shows a dealer bought them and are reselling them in the US. All 3 Ive looked at are in the St. Louis area.

Anyone know what's going on?

@ Roadster:
If you decide to pick up one, make certain that any remaining warranty is good here in the US. At one time, I read that Dodge vehicles built up north, and brought south here, would not have a valid warranty. The same I believe for a US built vehicle taken north. Things may have changed, but that's a box I would want to check off.

It sounds like maybe a Canadian auction might have found more profit by selling to US dealer buyers.

Don Foxn is giving excellent advice here. When I was shopping for used over new when we bought our 2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat I found several Hellcat's that had been imported from Canada. When I contacted Dodge Customer Service they told men that I could not purchase the MOPAR extended warranty. That killed it for me. I would for sure make sure you get it in writing before I pulled the trigger.
