When we bought our 2016 Durango R/T back in 2016, one of the first things I did was install a Grand Cherokee SRT8 steering wheel which I bought from a fellow forum member. The wife loved that steering wheel! I should have taken it off before I listed the vehicle for sale :(

Well, we just took delivery of our 2023 R/T TnG yesterday, and the new flat bottom wheel which comes standard is just not the same as an SRT wheel. She would really like the same SRT wheel on the new car, so I'm looking around for one.

I see the typical eBay offers, but all of them seem to have some sort of issue or another. Plus, we have the blackout package so I'd like the new wheel to have the darker plastics instead of the chrome ... and, I'd like red stitching instead of the white which seems to come on the Hellcat wheels.

So is my only option to buy all of the pieces from a dealer and build it myself? It's going to be pricey ... or does anyone know of a good source to get an SRT steering wheel which will be compatible with our 2023, but with the dark plastics and red stitching?

From what I gather, the buttons on the factory wheel will not transfer to the SRT wheel ... or better said, I think they will transfer but someone mentioned they don't fit exactly right. This means the most effective way to do this is likely to find a used one with the things I'd want but that is proving difficult.

Any ideas? Or any input on the buttons and plastic trim around the buttons transferring from my OEM wheel to an SRT wheel?
