Here's a thread that I see on a lot of car forums that is pretty fun to look through.

So, what did you do today? It can be anything from a fresh wash to ordering new parts!

Interested to hear the setup. There are a couple of hemis on YouTube for reference with the black widows. It is a distinct sound...

They make a specific muffler for trucks. I'm actually going down to the company and discussing a certain type of sponsorship this coming week. So I'll see what they can swing and if they hook me up I just won't do the blastin bobs resonator delete and just do a what they give me. I just like the tips blastin bobs come with.

I would also like to hear reaper's setup when complete. Interested how it will sound on a Durango, but wasn't very impressed with the sound on the link. Also, did you see the crappy tailpipes on those cars?.. LOL! I know Black Widow is just the mufflers, not a catback system and reaper will be installing the Blasting Bobs pipes. Also wanting to sound original is your preference & right. But, having heard Rob's Corsa I person, that thing sounds awesome!! Good luck brother.

bought and installed body side molding to protect the doors from other inconsiderate people in parking lots from www.sportwing.com. They were shipped painted to match the factory paint and were easy to install. They look like they are factory installed if dodge had them and hardly notice them on the vehicle.

it will be a few weeks before they go on, but i had my srt reps painted black. They've got a blue pearl, so they should (hopefully) compliment my true blue d. The pic close up makes it look pretty scratched up. Hopefully it's just from wiping it with a wet microfiber towel. Lugs are painted to match
both look great! Well done gents

Did my first oil change today and ran into a small problem, the oil filter I bought was the wrong size. I got the filter part # somewhere on here which was mo-899 but that filter was almost twice the size compared to the one I took off. The correct part is mo-339. I went to AutoZone to pick up a new one and mobile 1 filter was my only choice so when I looked up my specs it gave me a big filter again. I spoke to the guy at the counter and we cross referenced the stock filter and it came up with a different filter number but matched perfectly to my stock filter, mobile 1 filter m1-113. After finishing up I started looking online and it seems I'm not the only one who ran into the same problem, it looks like Chrysler went with a smaller oil filter starting in 2014 when the 8 speed transmissions came out. Guys from ram and charger forums had the same problem, when looking through the filter book it gives you the wrong size. So I'll leave this link that someone from a ram forum did, it's a list of oil filters that will work with 2014+ Hemi Durango's.

And btw I had no issues with the oil plug or filter being torqued down to tight. Hopefully this will help someone out who has the same filter, part# 04892339AA

Changed oil. 7 qts. Valvoline 5W-20 Synth. Drain plug was tight tight tight as heck. 13 mm socket and my bicycle seat tube as 2' leverage to loosen that hog. Seems way unreasonably tight. But that was only half my problem.

WIX oil filter (good brand - NAPA). Engine ran for 1-min then oil blew from the seal like your azz was a water cannon - Holy !@#$%^&*(!!!!!) oil all over the garage floor.

Probably not torqued enough or rubber seal getting weird when tightening. Regardless. I have a huge mess to clean up.

I've changed my oil for 35 years and this is a first.

Tightened the oil filter a lot more and seems fine now. Surprised how tight these have to be. My bad.

I rubbed my Durango Againts a Prius d$&k head who was rubber necking a accident. Ironic it was a Durango that crashed.
This a hole just slammed on his brakes cuz he wanted to see happened.
He didn't want to involve insurance so we went on our own way.

Did he at least compensate you for the damage?
