Quality is worth the wait. Check their social media outlets or call/email. They respond fairly quickly.

 

Fastdango is talking about a part from bt having issues. That doesn't sound like quality .

Good customer service and quality parts should go hand and foot .
I'm glad they have good customer service in mind with fixing their vendor issue.

Just because you pay more for a part doesn't mean it's a better functioning part.

 

I ordered a composite catch catch in January as well and waited a month and a half and finally decided to email them. They told me just like Steve stated above about having a bad batch of composite cans. I just didn't like how no one contacted me to let me know, if I didn't contact them would they have ever emailed me? So I cancelled and went with upr and couldn't be happier. January 15th is a long time to wait.

 

What did I do to my Durango today.....well, I traded it in. I traded my V6 Limited for an RT with the blacktop pkg and Nappa Leather pkg. I also went from 2nd row bench to 2nd row Captain chairs in the RT. Signed papers today and because its a dealer transfer, I wont have it until Monday, so no pictures. However, its black/black with the blacktop pkg.

 

Rob they don't make the composite tube that is made by a vendor. The vendor can't meet heat tolerances from engine vompartment. Again Wataboy send me order number.

 

I understood that and that's why I said I'm glad they are fixing the vendor issue.

 

They brought a unique product to the game and it backfired. Wataboy Ill call on Monday and check it out

I ordered my BT composite can on 3/7/16 and the website spelled out that they were having an issue. I think they said they expected the new run from an alternate vendor to be available to them in mid March. I hope mine will be shipping soon because the weather is starting to get nicer. Although I would rather wait longer an get a quality product.

 

Finally installed the catch can and the hemifever tune. Next project is to change out the crappy rear fog lamp for an led and flood lamp casing.

Got Brembo front and Rear calipers and Roof is getting wrapped black tomorrow.

 

This forum is going to get me into a lot of trouble with the wife. I love that srt hood, should have been an option from dodge. Might be my next project. What did you spend all said and done if you don't mind me asking for the hood?

Ordered my 20x10 gloss black srt wheels with toyo 295/45/20s.

 

installed weather tech side window deflectors, installed gloss black rear badges, washed and cleaned her up and am seesawing back and forth on the viper reps from performance plus. haven't found any better price then 1700 for wheels with toyo performance tires on them also. man so many decisions. hehehe
