Please indicate "The Durango Owners Club" in the online registration drop down box area when registering.
Also by indicating that you're a member or guest of the Durango Club we'll get reimbursed for the expense of the

By purchasing the "2011 Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals Showfield" ticket, you get admission for two people, get free parking in the
Durangoville section and are right in the middle of the action. You can do this regardless of the condition of your vehicle.

(NOTE: No one cares if your ride is a show vehicle or not, registering in the Showfield beats getting a general admission ticket and then
parking outside the event. You're right in the action PLUS you'll get to park right with the club members in our large tented area.)

Here's the link to the event's general information: http://www.carlisleevents.com/ce/events/chrysler-nationals/

If you're looking to stay overnight, or for the entire Thursday thru Sunday event, you may want to register for a hotel room here: :)

Courtyard by Marriott - Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg West

4921 Gettysburg Road
Mechanicsburg, PA
(717) 766-9006

The Group Code is DURANGO OWNERS CLUB
?

There's a carwash and an AutoZone very near by the hotel just in case!
Also, the hotel we have selected is a nice 12 miles out of Carlisle for an easy-in, easy-out ride before and after the daily events.

What can you expect hanging out at Carlisle with the Durango Owners Club at Durangoville :?:

We hope to see YOU there :!: :p  :bugeyed:

Dangit! I was hoping we could shame Gerik into running his D thru the car wash. ;)

We could post a photo of Gerik at the front gate and tell them not to allow him in until clean, free of mud, and in appropriate condition for a high profile event.

While we're at it, tell them to make sure his Durango is cleaned too.

THERE IS NO WAY I'M MISSING THIS!

Last year was one of the most memorable experiences of my life, and this year is shaping up to be even more epic with all of the pomp and pageantry Indy has so impressively devised!

My D got a little banged up this year, and there's still some minor cosmetic work to be sorted out, but she'll be back to her past glory by July for sure (possibly with a few new additions). Definitely going to register and reserve my hotel room this weekend now that I'm finally getting some money saved up. My girlfriend may be tagging along this year? she's never eaten at Hooters before. ;) And just as I promised and delivered last year?

There'll be cake. :cheesy:

I wanna so something special this year too. I was thinking a custom made cake in the shape of the new 2011 Durango, I'm pretty friendly with everyone at the local bakery so DON'T JUDGE! :cheesy:

Chocolate Durango cake? I smell a lucrative franchise in the oven. ;)

If you're going to do a cake, keeping it in the DURANGOVILLE theme will make it an added benefit.
Zen, as soon as you make hotel reservations, send me confirmation numbers.

Will do Prez. Actually, I could technically reserve my room right now yes? They don't actually take your money until you check out of the hotel, I just have to give them a valid credit/debit card right? I'm pretty sure that's how it worked last year.

Revising my cake idea, I think I'll have them bake one that looks like the Durangoville logo itself!

Just in case some folks wandering by might think we're new to this "Durangoville" concept, a fellow member of the 'Old Guard' who shall remain nameless (Pete. OK, I'm not good at this :)) pointed out this design was done the better part of a decade ago.

Best part is I remember that now but, when Rob and I were combining our immense IQ's to come up with an idea, we thought of hot summer days, Margaritas, and then POOF :? Margaritaville came to us and we simply transformed it into DURANGOVILLE.
