So when I driving’s slow my vehicle will start rising in coolet temp and oil temp and would raise up to around 230 but when I speed up the oil temp and Coolet would go back to regular temps which is around 215 and I change my water pump and thermostat and one of the radiators

One of the radiators? Ha ha. This is too little information. Post the year, model and engine along with how many miles are on it and why you have done whatever work you already did to it. In other words the history on it. We can't read minds here. There are specific ways to get air out of the systems on several engines.
