Been looking to do something with mine to tone down the ocean of white paint & this is the 1st idea that has gotten my attention !

At first glance I didn't think I would like it. But, you're right, that contrast created by the half hood is a nice touch.

If you don't mind my asking, about how much does it cost to have the roof and hood done like that?
And where would one go to have it done?

I live in the land of ultraviolet ray rage, and that may preserve the original paint for years, while negating the need to keep a layer of wax on it.

 

Iam partnered with a Vehicle Wrap Company in my town. But you can figure a wrap with 3m 1080 Matte Vinyl will cost you any where between $11-$13 per SQ Foot Installed.

Figure about $500 or so maybe cheaper if the company is good and fair priced.
