Get your hand down there and a finger on the fluid and either smell it, or taste it.

Welcome to DDN. As mentioned, see if the fluid smells sweet, or is more like a petroleum product?
My guess, would be antifreeze or trans fluid. How many miles on your '15 3.6L Durango?

Ok on the 104k. Those 2 lines in your 2nd pic are trans cooler lines I believe. Your antifreeze, if oem, should be purple, which will also migrate to a darker pink color over time, and smell/taste sweet of course. The trans fluid for the 8 speed, which you have, is more of a strange light green color. The trans cooler, built into the AC condenser, is a known leak point for the Gen 3 Durango. The dealer will charge you $1k+ to R and R it. The AC has to be evacuated, and then recharged added to the labor cost.

We know that a little leaked fluid can go a long way. My bet is that your cooler is leaking, and running down those 2 trans cooler lines, where it drips off at the low point.
